It's as if your partner's desires, wants, or needs have overshadowed yours. You find yourself constantly sacrificing or sidelining what's essential for you. 2. Feeling Incomplete Without Them: If you constantly feel that you're not 'whole' without your partner by your side, it's a glaring red flag. While companionship is lovely, deriving your entire sense of self-worth from someone else is not. 3. Chronic Fear of Abandonment: The mere thought of your partner leaving, even for legitimate reasons like work or personal space, triggers intense anxiety or fear. 4. Ignoring Personal Boundaries: You might find it hard to say 'no' or establish boundaries. And if your partner is doing the same, this mutual boundary neglect becomes a dance of dysfunction.
