Iced Chai Latte with a Coffee Twist and Dreamy Cold Foam

brewed chai tea (cooled)
1 cup
your favorite plant-based milk (almond, oat, soy, etc.)
2 tbsp
1/4 cup
brewed coffee (cooled)
1 tbsp
maple syrup or sweetener of choice (adjust to taste)
generous scoop
Ice cubes
Instructions:
1. Brewing Perfectly: Start by brewing your chai tea and coffee. To get the best flavors, ensure your tea and coffee are brewed strong Once done, allow them to cool to room temperature or place them in the fridge
2. Mix it Up: In a large glass, add the cooled chai tea, coffee, and plant-based milk. Stir in the maple syrup or your chosen sweetener Adjust to your taste preference
3. Icy Touch: Fill the glass with ice cubes, leaving some space at the top for the cold foam.
4. Cold Foam Magic: In a frother or blender, combine the plant-based milk, vanilla extract, and sweetener. Froth or blend until the mixture becomes light and airy. If you don't have a frother, you can also use a jar with a lid. Simply shake the mixture vigorously until it becomes frothy
5. Top it Off: Gently spoon the cold foam over your iced chai latte, filling the glass to the top.
6. Serve & Savor: With a reusable straw or sip straight from the glass, enjoy the layers of flavors, from the aromatic chai to the robust coffee, all crowned with the creamy cold foam.
For the Cold Foam:
- 1/2 cup of plant-based milk (oat milk works best for foam)
- 1 tsp of vanilla extract
- 1 tsp of maple syrup or sweetener of choice
