The key to my vulnerability is my authenticity I show up as the best version of myself in everything that I do I remain true to myself no matter what others think of me. I am who I am, I own it and walk boldly in my truth. Gratitude is what keeps me grounded When I focus on all the things I’m grateful for and all the wonderful people in my life who love and support me, it drowns out the negative opinions of others

In the world of "Miss Independent" why is Marriage important to you?

I have been comfortable being a boss babe in my career, building my real estate empire, now I’m at a point in my life where I’m ready to join forces with my partner and build a legacy Marriage signifies our union to love, honor, and grow together, and it’s important to build a foundation for our family through our commitment to one another I also want to set the standard for my son to see, and understand the dynamics of a happy healthy marriage and show him being a great example.

You cater to luxury real estate. Why is this field so important to you?

I work with buyers and sellers at all price points in the Atlanta Metro area, however, I have recently decided to become a member of the Institute for Luxury Home Marketing to set myself apart as an elite Global Real Estate Advisor and attract a more elite clientele This field is important to me because it allows me to fully utilize my knowledge and expertise, competence, and confidence as a Realtor to handle the purchase and sale of exceptional properties Any agent can help a client buy or sell properties, but I strive to set myself apart as an elite celebrity Realtor with specialized knowledge, experience and credibility.

As a Professional Business Woman and Real Estate Mogul, how do you balance work, family/relationship, and your own self-care?

I balance work, family, and relationships by fostering a self-care routine for myself that allows me to show up as the celebrity Realtor, future wife, mother, and entrepreneur that I am Mediation, self-affirmations, and journaling help me to self-reflect and focus on the positive things I want to accomplish and attract I set goals and targets and track my daily progress to see if I’m on track and refocus if I’m out of alignment. Taking a long hot bath at night is how I recharge my mind and body for the next day and find the strength to show up as a powerhouse businesswoman. I also read books and listen to self-help podcasts that get advice and inspiration to stay balanced and grounded

Your definition of Success?

My definition of success is joy No matter what happens in my life, the end goal is always to have joy and happiness That is not determined by a certain amount of money, power, or respect from other people, but by the quality of the life that I live. For me, the ultimate joy in life is when I feel self-fulfillment based on the places I’ve traveled, the people whose lives I have positively impacted, and the legacy that I leave behind that inspires generations to come

White gel nail polish on my hands and toes I just think that white is a classic nail color that is classy for any season of the year

I wash my face 2 times a day, morning and night, and exfoliate 2-3 times a week. I love the brand Fresh rose petal toner from Sephora and moisturizer. My skincare routine is solid and I NEVER go to sleep with makeup on.

We All Need to GETAWAY and take a break from all of life's demands. Do you have a special Self-Care routine or a Favorite Go-To Vacation spot? If so- where and why?

Self-care is important to practice daily, so I am intentional about creating time alone for myself in the morning before the children awake and after putting them to bed I use my quiet time to pray, study the Bible, sit quietly, plan my day, braindump ideas, exercise, and watch something entertaining. Partaking in these different self-care activities daily or at least frequently throughout the week helps me to have more peace, joy, and energy to keep up with my boys, have more patience with them, and give the best version of myself in everything I do personally and professionally.

I am excited for my two anthologies that will be released this summer- Girl Get Up and Move You Are More Than A Conqueror and Get Into The Game. I am also being honored for Excellence in Professional Speaking at The Winners Summit 2023 in June.

My business mainly services women who are believers I am very transparent with them about my testimony of how God pulled me out of abuse and poverty I have taught/ ministered for free many times, held many prayer and deliverance nights at my home, and sowed into ministries

We all have been inspired by someone. What Woman figure has been most inspirational to your life? What did they teach you/show you? (could be a peer, public figure, family member or friend.)

Growing up I only looked up to my mother and Clair Huxtable. They both exuded class, intelligence, and beauty that had me captivated. They were examples of how to carry yourself as a woman

There are moments in my business when I make a totally unplanned decision to unplug from the external world and take some time out to be present with the people that I love and care about

Prior to last October, the last seven years of my life were spent glued to a laptop or mobile device 95 percent of the time If people wanted to spend time with me they were guaranteed it would be interrupted by a work-related phone call or something that needed to be dealt with urgently.

After becoming a full-time entrepreneur a few months ago, I made a silent resolution to discontinue the dysfunctional habits of corporate so that I wouldn't become a slave to my business I decided to make the time count with the people I love by first being present The morning after I walked away from my corporate job I felt an intense need to enjoy human interaction a bit more than I normally would and to be honest, it felt so good to just be present, soaking in the sights and sounds, enjoying the love and laughter, great conversations, and doing silly stuff

These unplugged moments are key to creating the mompreneur magic in everyday life! Knowing when to unplug is essential to keeping your sanity throughout this journey and it is the game-changer that truly allows you to show up as the best version of yourself for you, your family, friends, ministry, clients, and community

Here are a few things that I have grown to appreciate tremendously in these moments:

I am grateful for my community and support system - as small as it is, I don't know how I would have made it through the toughest parts of this journey.

I am grateful for the time and freedom to step back and enjoy the nuances of life I didn't realize how much I was missing out on living life as hectic as I have My son has set the pace and I love it!

I am grateful for the opportunity to tap deeper into my creativity. Taking this downtime to unplug stir up my creative juices. Ideas have been flowing endlessly and my imagination is opened up to even greater possibilities

I am grateful for the divine strategies received from God in those quiet moments. These strategic downloads have allowed me to generate an unlimited amount of income simply by the implementation of action by faith

I am grateful for the ability to thrive, evolve and become the woman God has called me to be without limitation

Televised live and direct from beautiful Botswana, eight powerhouse speakers ignited this global powerhouse stage along with visionary host, PR Guru, Global Influencer, and Publisher, Dr. Nakita Davis. The impressive line-up featured speakers from the US, UK and the Caribbean including Celebrity Keynote Joya Anderson as seen on OWN’s hit reality show “Put a Ring On IT.” Additionally, Keynote speakers included Dr. Nakita Davis, Dr. Dionne Greaves, Dr. Cynthia Videau, Teen Keynote Imani L., Featured Headliner speakers included: Dr. Shavona Whitehead, Dr. Josel Doyle, Dr. Venesia Williams, and Anissa Brathwaite. Participants walked away from the experience ready to exude their Black in Power.

Dr. Shavona Whitehead kicked things off with her powerful delivery of “It’s Time to Break The Box” as she empowered the audience to speak the dialect of the future- taking their goals to the next level. She was followed by Teen Keynote Speaker Imani L. who inspired the audience with powerful words of wisdom and as she implored them to take “A Step Forward” towards the future by taking the “S off their chest” and making changes a part of their reality.

Dr. Nakita Davis ignited the stage with her tactical tips: “Pray, Slay, Collect – 5 Steps to Break the Bank” in this season. Celebrity Keynote Speaker, Joya Anderson equipped participants with valuable “Real Estate Wealth Building and Investment Strategies” on how to make passive income, leverage their finances and create generational wealth. She also reminded viewers of the power of getting in the right rooms. Dr. Cynthia Videau shared on “The Impact of Being Repositioned” through personal branding and keeping relevant in the marketplace through custom branding and websites. Dr. Dionne Greaves took participants on an ancestral journey down memory lane as she reminded viewers of the power of collaboration and strength in numbers as she highlighted the advantages of skin color to effectively “Leveraging the Black in Business.”

Anissa Brathwaite reminded the audience that even in difficult situations to always pull “Strength From Within”- seeking God for guidance to build and grow in business. Dr. Josel Doyle’s signature message “Investing in Yourself Will Always Be Your Greatest Superpower” reemphasized the importance of keeping physically and spiritually hydrated with water and the word of God. UK’s #1 Prophetic Empowerment Coach, Dr. Venesia Williams brought down the curtains on this amazing event with her signature message “I am a Woman of Purpose and Power.”
