Who is Joya Anderson- the Queen beyond the hit show "Put A Ring On IT?"

Joya is a former NFL cheerleader, Mother, Entrepreneur, and Global Real Estate Advisor with Atlanta Fine Homes Sotheby’s International. She relocated from Rochester, NY 9 years ago to pursue a career in Real Estate and has helped hundreds of families buy and sell real estate in Atlanta GA throughout her career

Joya is a Member of the Atlanta Board of Realtors, the National Association of Realtors, and the Institute for Luxury Home Marketing She has a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Broadcast Journalism and has her SRS (Sellers Representative Specialist) Designation the premiere credential in seller representation. She also believes in giving back to the community and participates in charitable donations to a nonprofit organization, Hope for Domestic Violence She has a passion for dance and enjoys yoga, Zumba, and fitness dance classes

Sharing your vulnerability with others is not easy. How do you manage to do it on National TV? How do you keep your peace and sanity with outside opinions?

The key to my vulnerability is my authenticity I show up as the best version of myself in everything that I do I remain true to myself no matter what others think of me. I am who I am, I own it and walk boldly in my truth. Gratitude is what keeps me grounded When I focus on all the things I’m grateful for and all the wonderful people in my life who love and support me, it drowns out the negative opinions of others

In the world of "Miss Independent" why is Marriage important to you?

I have been comfortable being a boss babe in my career, building my real estate empire, now I’m at a point in my life where I’m ready to join forces with my partner and build a legacy Marriage signifies our union to love, honor, and grow together, and it’s important to build a foundation for our family through our commitment to one another I also want to set the standard for my son to see, and understand the dynamics of a happy healthy marriage and show him being a great example.

You are a Boss Momma! What are the 3 most important lessons you are teaching your child?

Treat others the way you want to be treated with respect, kindness, and fairness

You cater to luxury real estate. Why is this field so important to you?

I work with buyers and sellers at all price points in the Atlanta Metro area, however, I have recently decided to become a member of the Institute for Luxury Home Marketing to set myself apart as an elite Global Real Estate Advisor and attract a more elite clientele This field is important to me because it allows me to fully utilize my knowledge and expertise, competence, and confidence as a Realtor to handle the purchase and sale of exceptional properties Any agent can help a client buy or sell properties, but I strive to set myself apart as an elite celebrity Realtor with specialized knowledge, experience and credibility.

As a Professional Business Woman and Real Estate Mogul, how do you balance work, family/relationship, and your own self-care?

I balance work, family, and relationships by fostering a self-care routine for myself that allows me to show up as the celebrity Realtor, future wife, mother, and entrepreneur that I am Mediation, self-affirmations, and journaling help me to self-reflect and focus on the positive things I want to accomplish and attract I set goals and targets and track my daily progress to see if I’m on track and refocus if I’m out of alignment. Taking a long hot bath at night is how I recharge my mind and body for the next day and find the strength to show up as a powerhouse businesswoman. I also read books and listen to self-help podcasts that get advice and inspiration to stay balanced and grounded

Your definition of Success?

My definition of success is joy No matter what happens in my life, the end goal is always to have joy and happiness That is not determined by a certain amount of money, power, or respect from other people, but by the quality of the life that I live. For me, the ultimate joy in life is when I feel self-fulfillment based on the places I’ve traveled, the people whose lives I have positively impacted, and the legacy that I leave behind that inspires generations to come

Take your time, don’t try to rush through life The joy is in the journey, not the destination

Trust God, know that He will always guide and protect you. Give yourself grace, don’t force, allow.

Daily tasks, goal setting, and time blocking are the key elements to running a successful Real Estate business. The daily activities you do today will yield results 60-90 days later, so don’t look for immediate results, continue to do the work and the results will show up

Also learn how to save your money and reinvest your profits back into your business, because the more you invest in your business, the more your business will grow.

My number one beauty must-have is Carmex and Fenty lip gloss!! Soft, glossy lips are my thing

White gel nail polish on my hands and toes I just think that white is a classic nail color that is classy for any season of the year

I wash my face 2 times a day, morning and night, and exfoliate 2-3 times a week. I love the brand Fresh rose petal toner from Sephora and moisturizer. My skincare routine is solid and I NEVER go to sleep with makeup on.

The next big thing is a Real Estate Book and online course about how to balance business, relationships, and family, by tapping into your full feminine energy.

I plan to create a community of powerhouse women that support one another and share tips on how to level up your business and your femininity at the same time

I will also be planning my wedding, honeymoon, and preparing for a new baby over the next year if Jasha decides to Put a Ring on It!!!!!
