ictor Berrios born in Puerto and now resides in Brentwood, TN is President, CEO, of Titan Franchising dba Jani-King of Nashville and JaniKing of Memphis. When master franchise Victor Berrios linked his deal with Pinnacle Bank for rights to the Nashville market, Berrios had no idea that the financial institution which helped close the deal would eventually provide an opportunity for major brand exposure for his business. Thanks to Victor’s relationship-building skills and success story, Pinnacle Bank has done just that. “I was asked by my financial advisor at Pinnacle Bank if it would be okay for her to tell our story to see if we would be selected to do a regional commercial for the bank,” said Berrios. “Only five people would end up being selected in the whole state of Tennessee and to our surprise, we were one of the final five.” The commercials produced by Pinnacle Bank are shown regionally as well as at every event at Nissan Stadium, home of the Tennessee Titans. In one of the spots, Berrios proudly wears his Jani-King shirt for an interview and can also be seen having some fun with his son, David, and the Tennessee Titans’ mascot at Nissan Stadium. According to Berrios, Pinnacle Bank not only helped Jani-King of Nashville become a reality for him, but also is helping in the provision of immense brand exposure to potential clients. “I’ve received many phone calls and texts regarding the commercial and the exposure has allowed me to speak with local business leaders on another platform,” said Berrios. “Just recently, I met with two very prominent CEOs that mentioned the Pinnacle commercial to me. One CEO was extremely interested in Jani-King services and we’re in the process of discussing future opportunities.” “We are honored to have been selected to do the Pinnacle Bank commercial and to have been given the opportunity to showcase Jani-King in our market,” said Berrios. 52
