Mr. Crabtree is an Executive Vice President at Brookside Properties and is responsible for all aspects of Brookside’s commercial property portfolio including acquisitions, dispositions, financing, marketing, construction, and development. As Principal Broker, Mr. Crabtree oversees all brokerage activities for the firm including sales, leasing, and property management. Currently, he is a licensed real estate broker in twelve states including Alabama, Arkansas, Georgia, Florida, Kentucky, Louisiana, Mississippi, North Carolina, Oklahoma, South Carolina, Tennessee, and Virginia. Under Mr. Crabtree’s direction, Brookside has developed more than 25 commercial projects valued in excess of 250 million dollars. Throughout his twenty-year career, he has brokered sales in excess of 200 million dollars.

Mr. Crabtree is a three-time past State Director of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and continues to be an active ICSC member. He holds the professional designation of Certified Shopping Center Manager (CSM) and currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Cumberland County Playhouse.

An honors graduate of the University of Tennessee, he is married and has three sons.
