Hello Team,
Wow this quarter has simply flown by! Soon we will all be getting ready for the holiday season. This is such a great time of the year. A time to enjoy our families and reflect upon all that has transpired during the year. As an organization, our Team finished the fiscal year strong, although we did not meet our revenue targets, our margins met our target for bonus distribution. Great job team!
We finished quite a few successful projects this year, three of which received awards from the East Coast Chapter of Associated Builders and Contractors. The UHealth Doral AMB Care Center (Eagle Award), Memorial Regional Hospital 4th Floor Family Birthplace (Eagle Award), and Encompass Health Rehab Hospital (Pyramid Award) were all recognized for their excellence in construction. Congratulations to all our employee-owners that participated in those projects!
Our Estimating Department continues its hard work in sending out proposals to add additional work to our backlog. We have been quite successful this year and have added a few multi-year projects, along with numerous others that will keep us very busy. I am looking forward to what this fiscal year brings our way and with all our hard work, we will meet our goals for 2026.
As we close this fiscal year, I want to thank each of our employee-owners for all their hard work and dedication to our organization this year. I look forward to seeing you and your families at our Company Picnic on December 6th at C.B. Smith Park. I hope each of you have a pleasant holiday season with your respective families. Happy Thanksgiving and Merry Christmas to all!
If you have any questions, comments or concerns regarding our organization, please feel free to reach out to me either by phone at 786-402-1052, or by email at ryan.nash@wrnash.com.

We’re excited to announce our involvement in Memorial Regional Hospital’s landmark $670 million Surgical and Patient Bed Tower expansion project in South Broward, Florida. Our team has secured the contract to provide comprehensive Plumbing and Medical Gas systems for the new 8-story, 209,662 square foot expansion and renovation. This significant project includes our installation of a new Domestic Water Booster Pump, Gas Water Heaters, Medical Gas Equipment, and a Fuel Oil System—all critical components that will support the hospital’s enhanced capabilities.
The expansion will dramatically improve healthcare delivery in South Florida, featuring 21 new operating rooms (including a hybrid OR with advanced imaging technology), 150 acuity-adaptable patient beds, and expanded prep and recovery facilities. Construction will progress in two phases, with the Surgical Tower scheduled for completion in 2029 and the Connector Phase following in 2031. This project represents not only a major milestone for our company but also a meaningful contribution to the region’s healthcare infrastructure that will serve the community for generations to come.

Our team is making impressive progress on the mechanical and plumbing services for the new 5-story parking facility at HCA Florida’s St. Lucie Hospital. This comprehensive project encompasses the installation of eight split system AC units along with complete insulation work throughout the structure. We have successfully installed approximately 50% of the underground PVC piping, which connects to the cupolex drainage system. Currently, our focus has shifted to setting drains in the prefabricated parking deck sections, with plans to begin cast iron installation in the coming weeks. What makes this achievement particularly noteworthy is that these substantial milestones are being accomplished by just two dedicated Nash team members, demonstrating the exceptional efficiency and expertise our professionals bring to every project. Once completed, the parking structure will significantly enhance the hospital’s accessibility, showcasing William R. Nash’s commitment to quality mechanical and plumbing solutions in large-scale infrastructure projects.

William R. Nash introduced a “Gold Coin” initiative recognizing team members that are going above and beyond for the organization. Each recipient is nominated by their supervisor and this nomination is brought to the leadership team for review. The coins accrue to gift card prizes which the recipient can spend how he/she pleases! Congratulations to everyone who has received this recognition!

JOB WELL DONE!

This nomination recognizes Leon Reid, Javier Lopez, Rendy Sanchez, Miguel Mejia, Valentin Castellano, Henry Perez, Raul Rodriguez, Lenny Rizio and Lazaro Cisneros for gold coins.
The team excellently completed the MUSC Leatherman project despite the complexities of the William R. Nash South Carolina office closure. Leon and Javier created calm during the storm, keeping everyone focused until Javier’s reassignment. Rendy then stepped into leadership admirably. The remaining team members showed exceptional grit throughout the project.
Lazaro handled equipment transportation back to Tamarac, while Scott Randolph provided valuable executive coordination during the office transition. - Ernie Geiger

Ever wonder why some colleagues instantly connect while others don’t? Our HR team found the answer!
They’ve placed each team member’s Predictive Index profile outside their office spaces, revealing individual behavioral styles and work preferences. The results are impressive: faster rapport building and smoother collaboration across departments. When you understand how colleagues process information and make decisions, interactions become more productive and misunderstandings decrease.
This simple initiative has transformed our workplace into one where differences strengthen rather than divide our teams.
Our team recently welcomed visitors to our booth at the FPC Expo in Orlando, Florida. They engaged with industry professionals, showcasing our latest innovations and expertise in healthcare facility development. Attendees discussed cutting-edge design concepts with our specialists and explored how our solutions are transforming medical facilities region-wide. The event provided valuable networking opportunities and allowed us to share our knowledge with healthcare administrators and industry partners.
Our participation reinforced our leadership in healthcare construction while giving us insight into emerging industry trends and client needs.

William R. Nash’s Service Department recently demonstrated team excellence during their evening at the bowling alley. The event perfectly embodied the company’s core belief that team culture isn’t merely a concept but the foundation of their success.
The gathering showcased how meaningful connections outside the workplace strengthen professional relationships. When colleagues engage beyond their daily responsibilities, trust deepens, communication improves, and performance naturally elevates.
The Service Team’s camaraderie serves as an inspiring example of William R. Nash’s commitment to fostering genuine team connections that extend beyond office walls.

In July of 1985, we were looking to increase the mechanical work we were doing here in Florida and found a guy all the way from Indiana who was willing to move himself and his family down to South Florida and give us a shot. Who would have known that 40 years later, George Wininger, Sr. would finish his career with us as Senior Vice President of Operations. Throughout his career, George has either worked with his hands, or his mind, on many of the most challenging projects we have completed here at William R. Nash. Many of the client relationships he has built over those 40 years continue to this day and many of the facilities he has worked in, we have either added to or renovated as well.

I personally had the opportunity to work with George as a young man wanting to break into the Operational side of our business back in the late 90’s. What I learned from him over the years has helped shape the way I conduct business both personally and professionally today.

George has had the opportunity to see my family grow in number and age over time and I have as well with his family. I will always look back on the time spent with George and cherish the personal and professional relationship I have with him.
I know that George has had the opportunity to interact with many of you in the same way he has with me, and I am sure we all agree that he will truly be missed. Thank you, George, for all your years of service here at William R. Nash, you have helped shape our organization into what it is today. All of us here at William R. Nash hope you enjoy your retirement and please come by and visit us from time to time!

And as an employee-owned company, your performance doesn’t just matter for today; it helps build long-term success and value for everyone at William R. Nash.
We saw in the engagement survey that trust in fairness is an area we need to improve. We want to be transparent about how fairness is built into our processes and also hear your feedback on where we can do better.
We are committed to fairness, here’s how we do it:
• Hiring & Promotions – We hire, promote, and make role decisions based on qualifications, performance, behavioral assessment, skill profiles and alignment with our Core Values not favoritism.

• Compensation & Benefits – Pay ranges are tied to market compensation and reviewed regularly .
• Recognition & Rewards – All employees have the ability to submit a Gold Coin nomination to the L10 team.
• Policies & Accountability – Our HR policies apply equally to everyone, regardless of role or department.
And here’s how we’ll improve with your help.
• Clearer guidelines on promotions and recognition so everyone understands the process.
• In case you were not aware Career Pathing Matrix, Job Descriptions and Skills Profiles have been created for every position. During your performance review you should be discussing progression with WRN if it is applicable in the department you are in. The portal houses the Career Pathing Matrix and the Skills Profiles.
• We are opening feedback channels (HR drop-ins or Ox) so employees can safely raise concerns about fairness..
3. IF I CONTRIBUTE TO THE ORGANIZATION'S SUCCESS, I KNOW I WILL BE RECOGNIZED:
• As employee owners, we all share in the success of WRN.
• When the company performs well, the stock value grows.
• That growth goes directly into your ESOP account.
• If WRN meets our annual COP goal, every eligible employee receives a discretionary bonus.
• This is one of the ways we share success across the entire organization.
• Going above and beyond gets noticed.
• Approved nominations earn you a Gold Coin.
• Each coin has a dollar value, and multiple coins can be cashed in for gift cards of your choice.
At WRN, your hard work and contributions do not go unnoticed.
Whether through the ESOP, annual bonuses, or Gold Coins, you are recognized and rewarded as part of our continued growth.

From time to time, the organization must make changes to policies, procedures, and general items that are in the organization’s best interests. These changes are made amongst the Leadership Team, and a lot of thought is put into the discussion and decisionmaking process before anything is done.
First and foremost, the Leadership Team always strives to act in the best interests of the organization and its employee-owners. We will try our best to be as transparent as we can when explaining the decisions that we make, ensuring that confidential information is not “leaked” out.
The Leadership Team feels that many of the recent discussions/decisions that have been made were simply ones that required us as an organization to bring our practices, procedures, and general topics up to date with what the construction industry’s expectations are. We strive to make sure that William R. Nash, LLC and its employeeowners are provided with the correct information regarding our policies, procedures, and topics, which makes us a great place to work.

This October, our Safety Department championed Breast Cancer Awareness with an inspiring company-wide initiative that beautifully showcased our team spirit and commitment to important causes.
Across our facilities, supervisors, safety personnel, and project managers demonstrated their support by wearing pink vests and glasses, creating a powerful visual statement of solidarity throughout the organization.
At William R. Nash, we believe in standing together for causes that matter. This initiative served as a wonderful reminder that we’re more than just colleagues—we’re a community that truly cares about each other and the issues affecting our team members and their families.

Strength in awareness, power in prevention. Fight with hope, not fear.
