Hello 2025!
As we welcome a fresh start to the new year, I find myself reflecting on the incredible journey I’ve shared with this team. This season marks a personal transition for me as I step back from my role as Vice President of Community Operations and into my new role as Strategic Planning Director, taking a step closer to semi-retirement. While this is a goodbye to my current role, it is certainly not farewell.
I want to take a moment to thank each of you for your dedication and passion. Your resilience and compassion are the heart of our communities, creating a sense of purpose and belonging for our residents every day. Working alongside such a talented and caring team has been one of the greatest privileges of my career.
As I shift my focus to strategic planning, I look forward to supporting the future growth and success of our organization. I am confident in the incredible work you will continue to do and proud to play a part in the bigger picture of what we will accomplish together.
Thank you for everything you do to make our communities thrive. I am grateful for the memories we’ve made, and I look forward to cheering you on as this new chapter begins for all of us.
Wishing you a joyful and inspiring start to 2025!
With Gratitude,
Rita Stevens Strategic Planning Director Vantage Point Retirement Living
