A LETTER FROM DAVE

Hello, Fall!

As the brilliant colors of autumn brighten our days, this season encourages reflection, gratitude, and preparation for the cozy months ahead. The crisp air brings us together to celebrate our shared accomplishments and look forward to new opportunities on the horizon.

I’d like to take a moment to recognize the exceptional dedication and hard work of our team. Your compassion and resilience truly defines our communities, ensuring our residents feel supported and cared for every day. It has been inspiring to see everyone engaging in seasonal activities, creating moments of joy and meaningful connection for those we serve.

This fall, we remain committed to providing the highest quality care and service, continually adapting to meet the evolving needs of our residents. Thank you for your ongoing commitment and for the passion you bring to your work. I am proud to stand beside each of you and look forward to all we will accomplish in the months ahead.

Wishing you a warm, joyful, and fulfilling fall season.

ONE YEAR OF FIELDSTONE: CELEBRATING A YEAR OF CONNECTION, CARE, & COMMUNITY!

Fieldstone at Chester Springs

What a year it’s been! It’s hard to believe that it’s already been one full year since we officially opened our doors at Fieldstone at Chester Springs. In that time, we’ve grown from a vision into a vibrant, welcoming community, and we couldn’t be more proud to share this milestone with you.

From the moment our first residents arrived, we knew something special was taking shape. Friendships began forming over afternoon coffee, shared stories, and cozy common-space gatherings. We officially launched our Personal Care lifestyle as well as our Compass Memory Care neighborhood, offering personalized support that adapts to changing needs. Throughout the year, we continued elevating our signature “destination dining” experience, gathering around thoughtful, chef-inspired meals enjoyed with both

familiar faces and new friends.

Our first year was filled with meaningful moments and new traditions. Garden afternoons, book club discussions, and creative cooking demonstrations brought residents together while also sparking joy throughout the community. Monthly resident spotlights quickly became a favorite, offering the opportunity to honor the rich life stories and experiences each person brings to Fieldstone.

We also strengthened our connection to the Chester County region by partnering with local organizations, hosting events, and welcoming neighbors into the community. Along the way, we were honored to be featured in Chester County Life magazine, a wonderful recognition of our commitment to thoughtful care and authentic community life.

Looking ahead to year two, we are excited to keep building on the momentum of our first year. We will also keep investing in innovation and comfort to make daily life at Fieldstone even more connected, engaging, and supportive.

To our residents, families, team members, local partners, and friends: thank you for helping make this first year such a wonderful success.

Your trust, participation, and encouragement have shaped Fieldstone into a community rooted in belonging. We’re excited for the road ahead, and for all the memories yet to be made.
