Hello Summer!
As the warm weather and sunshine draw us outdoors and into enriching activities, it’s the perfect time to fully embrace all that the season has to offer. It’s been great to see team members embrace the season and get outdoors.
I want to take a moment to acknowledge and thank our team members. The dedication you bring is what brings the soul into our communities. The way you respect and take care of our residents with the highest level of care is astounding. You create a comfortable, safe, and fun environment for them to thrive in our communities.
I am excited for the new programs that are starting this summer and those that are continuing. We remain dedicated to providing quality care no matter how much we adapt and evolve to meet the needs of those we serve.
Thank you for all your dedication and energy you bring to our network. You are what makes Vantage Point a family company. It is a privilege to work with you and be part of this team. I also wanted to shout out our recent graduates! We are so proud of all of you and excited to see you grow!
With Gratitude,
Dave Bolton VP of Community Operations

Oak Hill at St. Davids
Oak Hill at St. David’s is set to bring a groundbreaking senior living experience to one of the Main Line’s most desirable neighborhoods. Developed by Rockwell Development Group and managed by Vantage Point Retirement Living, this premier community will soon break ground in Radnor Township—just minutes from the dynamic shopping, dining, and cultural scene of downtown Wayne. Oak Hill will be located at 1001 Eagle Road in Wayne, PA.
Designed with wellness and modern lifestyles in mind, Oak Hill will be a Life Plan Community offering independent living, assisted living, and innovative memory care. It’s tailored for today’s older adults who prioritize a vibrant lifestyle, future care flexibility, and luxury at every level.
“Oak Hill at St. David’s is not just another senior community,” said Greg Lingo, President of Rockwell Development Group. “It’s a new vision for aging in place— rooted in independence, wellness, and the freedom of choice.”
A core part of Oak Hill’s forward-thinking design is its departure from the traditional skilled nursing model. Instead of including
skilled nursing on-site, the community empowers residents to choose from trusted, high-quality providers in the area. This approach gives residents greater flexibility and ensures their care aligns with personal preferences and needs.
Reflecting a shift in senior living expectations, Oak Hill puts residents in control, offering concierge-style service, holistic wellness programming, and proactive care coordination. The community will also maintain transfer agreements with top regional skilled nursing providers to guarantee access to exceptional care, without compromising personal choice.
In addition to luxurious independent living, Oak Hill will feature a beautifully designed assisted living/personal care neighborhood, as well as the area’s most advanced memory care program—anchored in Vantage Point’s signature Compass Memory Care™ approach.
From independent living to advanced support, every level of care at Oak Hill will reflect the same high standards of elegance, personalization, and thoughtful design—ensuring a refined experience for all residents.

Throughout the summer, we’ve been participating in a series of activities and events focused on ways to spread Kindness at Work . It’s helped us practice ways to show how important each one of you are to Vantage Point as a whole.
Each month has highlighted a different form of kindness. We wanted to focus on acts of kindness, kind words, and showing love to yourself. Thank you all for participating in the events and teaming up to create a wonderful work environment. Vantage Point wouldn’t be the company it is without each of you.
You’ve probably seen our new Kudos Jars in your community, and the Kudos Cards that go with them!
These cards give you a chance to commend a teammate on a job well done, give them a shout out for going above & beyond, or just recognizing them as a valued member of the VPRL family!
We love hearing from our teammates, and want to give everyone the chance to be recognized & celebrated.
Our ears are always open, and we want to hear from you!
