Turner Foundation Annual Report 2024_Final

Page 1

A MESSAGE FROM OUR BOARD

We are happy to share the impact of the Turner Construction Company Foundation . We are advancing our mission of fostering active caring, inclusion, disaster relief, and workforce development within the construction industry.

In 2024, the Foundation awarded $4.4 million in grants to 250+ organizations, demonstrating our commitment to supporting the communities where we live and work. Among the organizations we supported in 2024 was Samaritan’s Purse which aided hurricane relief efforts after Hurricanes Helene and Milton. Additionally, in collaboration with Turner Construction Company, La Isla Network, Chubb, Liberty Mutual, and FlatironDragados, we supported research to understand the effects of heat on construction workers, promoting their health, safety, and productivity.

Our commitment to inclusion and workforce development was reflected in the allocation of over $2.5 million to initiatives promoting and advancing careers in construction through hands-on training and college scholarships.

The Turner Construction Company Foundation Disaster Relief Fund provides direct, confidential financial assistance to employees and their families who experience uninsured losses due to federally declared disasters. This program, supported by voluntary employee contributions, is a true example of going beyond the build for Turner employees.

As we look to the future, we remain committed to strengthening our communities and advancing the industry. Thank you for your ongoing support and partnership in this journey.
