The National Abilities ERG hosted a virtual panel, Living with Anxiety, engaging 60 employees in open dialogue on mental health. This activation highlights how centralized programming can foster connection, normalize difficult conversations, and strengthen belonging across a national business unit.

Turner’s Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) are delivering strategic and measurable value by bridging inclusion with innovation, engagement, and business performance.
From May through August 2025, ERGs across five business centers, our enterprise networks, and nationally hosted 136 events, delivered 528.5 hours of engagement, and reached over 2,616 employees.
These events were a robust mix of professional development, culture-building, recruiting exposure, and community impact.
Turner’s seven ERG Networks: Abilities, Mosaic, Parent’s, Pride, Veterans, Women’s, and Young Professionals, are increasingly aligned with the company’s operational goals. Through localized and company-wide initiatives, ERGs helped:
