Business Center 1 activated 11 ERG-led events across five offices—advancing culture, collaboration, and external engagement. Focused programming during Black History Month and Women in Construction Week raised visibility for Mosaic and Women’s Networks demonstrating our commitment to inclusion and cultural alignment.
Strengthening External Partnerships: In New York, the Gong Fu Tea Experience brought together 140 diverse professionals including leaders from Alix Partners and National Grid using cultural exchange to strengthen partnerships and elevate our brand.
Fostering Inclusive Culture: In Philadelphia, the Women’s and Pride Networks co-hosted a Pronouns Workshop with 15 employees, reinforcing respectful communication and contributing to engagement and retention.

Business Center 2 activated seven in-person events across four offices, strategically aligned with cultural moments like Women in Construction Week and Mentoring Month demonstrating ERGs as drivers of culture, connection, and industry influence.
Growth and Impact Strategy: The D.C./VA/MD Women’s Network had 61 attendees gathered at Perkins & Will for a high-impact panel and networking event elevating female leadership and deepening external partnerships.
Advancing Retention Through Strategic Engagement: 45 attendees including emerging leaders of the Carolinas Young Professionals Network and senior executives engaged in a cross-level networking event at a Charlotte Checkers game.
What is the impact? These events illustrate how ERGs strengthen internal culture while building valuable external relationships—advancing both our people strategy and market presence.

From January to April, Business Center 3 hosted 19 in-person events across six office locations, with programming shaped by observances like Black History Month, Women in Construction Week, and Mentoring Month. Highlights include:
Driving Innovation: Michigan Advancing Professionals hosted an AI in the Workplace Lunch & Learn, where 33 attendees gained insights on Turner’s adaptation to AI technology and its applications in construction, fostering innovation awareness and future-ready skills.
Strengthening the Talent Pipeline: Michigan Mosaic partnered with NSBE and local community colleges to equip 17 students with career fair readiness skills, advancing recruitment efforts.
What is the impact? The initiatives of advanced workforce readiness and innovation, equipped employees and future talent with critical AI knowledge and career skills. They strengthened the company’s talent pipeline and reinforced an inclusive, future-focused culture that supports long-term business growth.

Expanding the Leadership Pipeline: 100+ attendees joined the Austin Women’s Network panel featuring Turner’s female leaders—highlighting our focus on elevating voices, sharing career insights, and fostering leadership growth.
Veteran Support in Action: The Iowa Veterans ERG hosted a VA Lunch & Learn for 30 participants, strengthening Turner’s veteran outreach and internal community.

Women@Blue, a SourceBlue ERG Network, hosted an advanced leadership development and cross-team connection through three high-impact virtual events in alignment with Women In Construction Week, engaging nearly 150 employees.
Increasing Knowledge: Held twice to extend reach, Leadership panels featured Women@Blue leaders sharing career growth strategies and empowerment insights supporting internal talent development.
Promoting Continuous Improvement: The Operational Lessons Learned Roundtable led by Sara Grimes, translated project experiences into actionable strategies for employees.

Turner’s Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) are delivering strategic and measurable value by bridging inclusion with innovation, engagement, and business performance. From January through April 2025, ERGs across six business centers and our enterprise network activated 88 events, delivered 231 hours of engagement, and reached over 2,200 employees.
These events were more than cultural celebrations—they were levers for leadership development, innovation, workforce readiness, and cultural connectivity.
Turner’s seven ERG Networks Mosaic, Women’s, Pride, Veterans, Parents, Abilities, and Young Professionals are increasingly aligned with the company’s operational goals. Through localized and enterprise-wide initiatives, ERGs helped:
