ERG NETWORK FOUR MONTH REPORT: MAY - AUGUST ISSUE #2
I’m proud to share the second edition of Turner’s 2025 ERG Four-Month Report, covering May through August 2025. Over this period, our ERGs hosted 136 events, delivered more than 528 hours of programming, and engaged over 2,600 employees. Beyond cultural celebrations, these events created measurable business impact, building leadership skills, deepening retention, expanding external partnerships, and supporting workforce wellness.

Expanded engagement during AAPI Heritage Month, Pride Month, and Juneteenth
Growth in professional development and community outreach, reinforcing our talent and citizenship commitments
Increased participation across Business Centers and office locations, scaling culture with our business growth
Leadership visibility and cross-ERG collaboration, advancing succession readiness and inclusion at every level
What excites me most is the grassroots leadership emerging in every Business Center. These efforts show that belonging is scaling alongside Turner’s growth. Thank you to our ERG leaders, executive sponsors, and DEI champions for making this possible.
As we look ahead, ERGs will continue to align with Turner’s 2030 vision and five corporate priorities, helping us not only build structures, but also build the culture and talent pipeline that sustains our success. Let’s keep building forward, to
