Irgens broke ground Dec. 7 on Desert Harbor Medical Commons, a new medical office building at 9000 W. Thunderbird Road in Peoria. The two-story structure will offer future medical tenants 43,873 rentable square feet and ample parking on the 3.12-acre land site that is easily accessible via Thunderbird Road and Desert Harbor Drive. Leasing is underway and a grand opening is on track for September. “Desert Harbor Medical Commons was designed to be a best-in-class facility to meet the needs of today’s medical practitioners who require efficient and well-located office space to serve their patients in one of the fastest-growing submarkets of metro Phoenix,” said Derek Flottum, vice president of development for Irgens. “From day one, this development has been a team ef-
