In the case one day cannot be played due to weather conditions, the tournament will be shortened. The tournament committee and golf course superintendent decision is final.

Handicaps will be determined by the low index over the past 12 months (July 8th, 2024- July 7th, 2025). Each participant must have posted a minimum of twelve 18 hole scores in the last 12 months (July 8th, 2024- July 7th, 2025).
Max 12 stroke differential between partners
The Golf Shop reserves the right to review and adjust any and all handicaps it deems necessary. Members and guests will be advised of any changes, and changes are retroactive to the first day of play.
In case of a tie for the Overall Gross or Net Champions, a sudden-death playoff will be played immediately after the competition has concluded. Teams will play holes #18 continuously until a champion is determined. The format will be the Aggregate of Both Players. All other ties will be determined by the back-nine scoring method as recommended by the USGA (Official Guide to the Rules of Golf 5(6)).
Blue Tees markers. USGA rules govern all play except where modified by the local rules. See the back of the tournament scorecard for more information. Please note that distance only range finders and USGA conforming golf clubs are allowed. The 14 club rule is in effect. Please silence your cell phone at all times while at the Club.

USGA RULES GOVERN ALL PLAY EXCEPT WHERE MODIFIED BY THE FOLLOWING LOCAL RULES
• Blue Tees will be used throughout the Tournament
• 14-club rule is in effect.
• Please silence your cell phones at all time while at the Club
• Distance only range finders are permitted.
• All putts that count for your team MUST BE HOLED OUT.
• Out of bounds: Defined by boundary & driving range fence, white OB stakes, white dots behind 9 and 18 green and behind 10th tee.
• Service road right of hole 3 and left of hole 16: Free relief may be taken.
• Landscape beds on the golf course are “in play” (The only free relief will be the landscape bed on hole 5 by the restroom. Rule 18 - Strokeand-Distance Relief; Ball Lost or Out of Bounds; Provisional Ball or Rule 19 - Unplayable
• Free relief may be taken from a ball that is embedded anywhere through the green.
• Ball must be replaced by accidental movement on the putting green with no penalty.
• Protection of young trees: Free relief must be taken when stance or swing interferes with a staked tree (Rule E-10, 16-lF modified).
• Relief from seam of cut turf: Free relief may be taken if ball comes to rest on or is touching the seam. Interference does not exist if the seam interferes with the players stance (F-7).
• Thursday and Saturday rounds will be posted as a tournament round by the Golf Shop
• You might have some holes where you pick-up because you are out of the hole. Please use the Equitable Stroke Control Limit to not exceed your maximum strokes allowed.
• Sprinkler Heads that are within two club-lengths of the putting green and within two club lengths of the ball intervenes on the line of play between the ball and the hole, the player may take relief as follows: The ball must be lifted and dropped at the nearest point where the ball lay that (a) is not nearer the hole, (b) avoids intervention and (c) is not in a hazard or on a putting green. The ball may be cleaned when lifted. (Rule 24-2).
