Arizona Self Storage begins construction BY PEORIA TIMES STAFF

The facility is being built on the southwest corner of Loop 101 and Olive Avenue. Tony Mangat, founder of the Mangat Group, is the landowner and part owner of the new facility, marking his first array into the storage industry. “I have been building various projects in Arizona for a while now and continue to see the growth of community throughout the Valley,” Mangat said. “We wanted to create a facility that will service all storage opportunities throughout the community.
