Local company, Empowering Education, will deliver an innovative event at the end of July. ‘What to do when…’ is a full day childhood illness seminar designed to provide parents and carers with important illness and injury information and practical tips to make it easier for families to support a child who is unwell. Thirteen leading health professionals from across the healthcare industry will present talks covering accidents, injuries, and common illnesses. They’ll cover what to look for, how to manage symptoms, and when to seek medical help. The day will also include two hands-on workshops.
