As I sit here ready to write an article to share with you about fulfillment, I ask Spirit what it is that most of you are wanting to connect with, to manifest more of, to have appear and be in your world. As I do this I am reminded that here in Colombia this month we will be celebrating “el dia del Amor y la Amistad” which translates to “the day of love and friendship” or what you may know as Valentine’s Day. El dia del Amor y la Amistad is celebrated on the third Saturday of September every year (16th September this year) and is a day in which husbands, fiancees, boyfriends, partners and friends show their love and affection for each other. One of the traditions on this day is that a game called "secret friend" is performed where a group of friends choose a name from a container at random and without the other person knowing, they give them candy, flowers and cards throughout the month. Essentially allowing for everyone to participate in this day and receive love and affection,

whether you have a partner or not.

What comes into my awareness as I allow Spirit to bring through information for you, is how in many Western cultures there has been such an enormous expectation placed on Valentine’s day and the perception of what romance, intimacy and sensuality needs to look like from the Divine Masculine, our Kings, in order for women to know they are loved – I know I am generalising here and that not all women have these expectations, my point is that sometimes the perceptions and expectations that women have of romance, intimacy and sensuality do not match up with what they want our beautiful men to provide.

Given that romance is essentially the feeling of excitement and mystery associated with love, it is important that you allow your Divine Masculine, your God, your King, to step into the safe and sacred space where he can be free to express his affection, admiration and love for you without feeling pressured to

Fulfillment: Listen to the Soul

That word means so many things to people and along the way we, Paul and I, believe humanity in general, has lost the true meaning. For many today it may mean having everything that you need, want and desire and more, more, more. For us it means having your basic “needs” met and being grateful for that, and whatever else comes above and beyond is icing on what should be, a very beautiful cake.

At this time on our planet we are constantly bombarded through advertising, peer group pressure (all ages!!) etc. with the things we must have to be happy, must have to be anything really.

Inside we know that we don’t need things and yet that need to have more and more to feel satisfied grows stronger with each purchase and achievement and why?

Because it does not meet our basic needs and purpose for being here. It does not fulfill what is in our hearts and it goes nowhere near fulfilling our spiritual, emotional and physical needs…because they are “wants” not needs. Let us be clear here! When we say needs we mean that in the sense of us all being spirit…not in the “I need to have that because someone else says I should or has it.” This way of thinking and being is just not sustainable and will mean the end of humanity and the planet if we keep going.

Nothing outside of you will fulfill you……we will repeat that….nothing outside of you will fulfill you. It will be a momentary and fleeting feeling at best.

Fulfillment is the internal dialogue between your conscious and deeper mind as they move you towards evolvement.

There is a light….so many are now waking up and reconnecting not only with others but with themselves and “all there is” and the more who do the more who will. That is what the minimalist movement is.

“THINGS” won’t fulfill you, what is in your

heart will. Apart from that whatever you have the only thing you can take with you when you depart this life is your soul. What sort of condition will it be in when you leave?

It is the inner work that leads to fulfillment and the rounding of your soul. We are here to evolve spiritually and that is why the physical things we have beyond our basic needs will not fulfill us because it does not feed the soul.

Please listen to your soul and let it lead you towards fulfillment whilst you have an amazing time as a human‌ being.

Fulfillment: Look Within

Fulfillment is an individual thing, what it means for one person will be different to someone else. Every person has their individual wants, needs, dreams and desires.

Fulfillment can have many meanings from being successful and achieving ones dreams and desires to how one feels with their life in that moment.

Fulfillment also means contentment, accomplishment, success and happiness.

Some people seek fulfillment from outside of themselves, from other people’s opinions and trends. This can be from what clothes they wear to the latest technology they have etc. This usually is fickle and doesn’t last long as people’s opinions and trends can change at any moment.

Seeking happiness from within leads

to a more fulfilling life. It’s about taking charge and becoming the driver of your life and not staying the passenger. If you want to change your life for the better, to be successful and happier ... it is up to you.

What are you passionate about, what are your goals? Your perspective and the choices you make, do they need tweaking?

One important perspective is to be able to accept and manage the things that are in your control and to let go of what is not.

Be aware of your emotions in different situations, are they helpful or not? Be aware of your thoughts, are they limiting you or empowering you? Be aware of the choices available, are they proactive

or reactive? Remember, your emotions affect your thoughts and your thoughts affect your choices.

How to bring more fulfillment and happiness into your day: Enjoy the moments – watching a glorious sunset, being with family and friends, the food you are eating.

Be with the type of people that you feel good to be with.

Do things that you enjoy – coffee with friends, reading, a hobby, music, being in nature ... the list is endless. Listen to your heart and find what will bring a smile to your face and joy to your soul.

Be open and accept that change happens – when something good comes along, enjoy it. Have some plans in place for if or when an adverse event happens.

It’s up to you to take the step forward ... Take charge, become the driver towards your individual wants, needs, dreams and desires by seeking happiness from within which will lead to a more fulfilling life... it is up to you, do it!

Fulfillment: Your Heart Chakra!

However, Owl’s role is to encourage, urge and push us to see where we truly feel fulfilment in the everyday! Utilising Owl’s nightsight abilities, we’re intuitively shown beyond the apparently obvious, employing our gifts of loving discernment to perceive, then work with a broader, more encompassing overview.

Specifically, Owl asks us to deeply consider the following in our passage to fulfilment: Where and why do we feel fulfilled? Specifically, what types of situations, emotions, events, experiences and people do we find fulfilling in our daily lives? What does fulfillment mean to us personally? What is limiting our experiential knowingness of fulfilment? How can we utilize these insights to fertilise our dream seeds and achieve the satisfaction and nourishment that fulfilment embodies?

For our inner work, the esoteric qualities of fulfilment lay hidden. These can be brought into our lived, daily experience via recognition of those heartful knowings and sensations of feeling alive, connected, enriched, peaceful yet energized, which signify our spiritual upliftment and feelings of alignment with our soul’s path.

It’s these qualities which nourish and sustain us through the unknown paths, and on bumpy, stormy days when everything is topsy turvey. They’re our tangible evidence and key indicators of the deeper sense of fulfilment where the physical meets and matches the spiritual.
