THE STAR:

Recently committing to Cincinnati, Josh Reed returns after a tremendous junior season and a standout spring and summer with AC Georgia. The lefty forward can do it all on the floor, whether it comes to rebounding, scoring, or passing the ball, Reed will do whatever it takes to win. Running alongside now Florida State Seminole Matt Cleveland, Reed (247 Comp. 143) played a totally different role last season. This year he will be looked at for scoring a lot more than he did last year. The 6-foot-6 Reed is very good in the mid-post area, and his length allows him to shoot and make shots over defenders.. Rebounding is one of his best attributes. He is great at timing shots coming off the rim and immediately turning them into run outs and points. Reed will be the leader for this year’s Pace Academy squad.

Two underclassmen that will have a huge impact on this year’s team are Bryson Tiller and Kyle Greene Jr. Tiller plays the forward position and Greene is at guard, so this Pace Academy team will be powerful coming from all spots on the floor. Tiller comes out of the 2025 class and is a top-ten prospect. Standing at 6-foot-7, Tiller is terrific around the rim and is continuously improving his game on the perimeter. Greene is a 6-foot-2 guard who will take on the point guard duties. Greene who is only a sophomore this year will see a major boost in minutes. His experience on last year’s team will help him prepare for the upcoming season.
