THE STAR:

Returning for his senior season is Sencire Harris, a hard commit to Illinois. Harris (247 No. 98) is a 6-foot-3 shooting guard who has turned into one of the toughest players to guard in the country. With his combination of speed, scoring, and IQ, Harris has a chance to lead SVSM in almost every statistical category. Harris plays with energy and flare, two traits that should be contagious to his teammates. Harris can play off or on the ball, but he’s at his best when the ball is in his hands. Expect Harris to have a huge senior season, and he should be an impact player when he hits campus in Champaign.

Ramar Pryor will handle part of the guard duties as well for SVSM. Pryor is committed to Cleveland State, in his senior season he looks to sharpen his tools before hitting the college stage. Standing at 6-foot-2, Pryor is known for how well he shoots the ball. Whether it is off the catch or off the dribble, he shoots it at a high percentage. With his great shooting abilities, this will give SVSM a spark from beyond the three point line. Manning one of the forward positions is Lance Hayes. Standing at only 6-foot-3, Hayes plays way bigger than his actual height. He plays very hard and fights for every rebound that comes off the rim. SVSM is one of the hardest playing teams in the country and playing hard leads to wins.
