Team Synopsis: SHARKS
Shadow Creek were upset in the Class 6A regional semifinal by Summer Creek, who they beat earlier in the year on a buzzer beater. The Sharks will look to rebound on a season that they felt like ended too early last year.
2022 small forward Shawn Jones committed to stay in-state for college, but not the Texas team some expected. Texas State University and Shadow Creek is getting a rock solid player in Jones. He is continuing to make strides to improve his game, adding some refinement to his scoring to go with his elite athleticism. After a solid season running with Team Trae Young, he looks to continue to add to his game for his senior year of high school.
2022 Cam Amboree could easily be considered a co-star to Shawn Jones. Together, they can boast one of the best 1-2 punches in the state and can make the Sharks difficult to beat. Amboree ran with 3D Empire over the summer and earned recognition for his play at the Pangos All American Camp. Coach President has a coach on the floor in Amboree combined with a burgeoning scorer in Jones who will make some noise in the state of Texas this winter.
