S P O RT S U9 Team 1 wins B Division Championship at Embro Tournament The Wolfpack U9 Local League Team #1 participated in the Embro Tournament last weekend, bringing home the B Division bragging rights. They edged out tournament hosts Embro 5-4 in game one but faced a tougher Burford team in game 2, losing 10-3. Their one and one record put them into the B Division Championship game where they easily beat Twin Centre 7-3. “The team really came ready to play and grew as a team as the day went on to claim the B Championship,” said coach Daryl Aitchison. Team members include Nathan Blake, Sebastian Britton, Jarome Burke, Emma Connolly, Landon Dedman, Jack Ferren, Keon Gall, Silas Norden, Lincoln Pynenburg, Hayden White and Hunter White.
