Police say they are 'determined to exhaust all avenues' to locate Michael

Our Community Awaits Answers as Search Continues for Missing Teen

Concerned community members in Paris are anxiously seeking updates from the local police regarding the whereabouts of a teenager who was reported missing on the evening of January 21.

Constable Jonathan Bueckert of the OPP stated, "Despite comprehensive investigative efforts and community outreach, Michael's location has not yet been determined," in an interview with the media on Thursday.

Nevertheless, Bueckert assured the public that law enforcement is actively pursuing various investigative leads to locate the 15-year-old. The teenager, identified only as Michael, was last seen around 9 p m on Vic Chambers Place, wearing shorts and a T-shirt, according to police reports The street is located off Rest Acres Road in Paris, near the Brant Sports Complex

Over the past few days, distressed locals including friends of Michaels have taken to Facebook, volunteering to participate in search parties, while also expressing concerns about undisclosed information known to the police.

Bueckert clarified, "At this time, there is no information indicating that Michael is not alive." He further emphasized that the police are determined to explore all possible avenues to locate him

To aid in the investigation, community members are encouraged to share posts across various social media platforms, according to Bueckert. If anyone spots Michael or has information about his whereabouts, they are urged to contact the OPP County of Brant Detachment at 1-888-310-1122.

Michael is described as a Black male, approximately five-foot-eight in height, wearing black shorts, running shoes, and a red and orange striped T-shirt.
