Mom’s smile will shine even more brilliantly when you serve this fresh + fruity champagne cocktail. It’s a perfect addition to this year’s Mother’s Day brunch—or any special occasion with a fancy flair. Cheers to all Kosciusko County moms!

Ingredients: Raspberry Syrup 1 cup white sugar 1 cup water 1 cup fresh raspberries 10 dashes peach bitters (optional) Champagne Cocktail 1 ounce peach vodka ¾ cup raspberry syrup (above) 1 bottle chilled champagne Raspberries to garnish + serve
Directions: 1. To make raspberry syrup: put sugar, water, and raspberries in a small saucepan and bring to a boil on medium heat. Once boiling, reduce to a simmer for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat, add bitters, stir. Transfer to a jar or bottle and leave to cool. Can be stored, sealed, for up to 2 weeks in the fridge. 2. In glasses, add ¼ ounce chilled raspberry syrup to each glass. 3. Top with champagne, then add fresh raspberries. 4. Say cheers to the best mom in the world.
