unday, May 24th 2015, saw an end to an era for St Lawrence Church Hungerford, when the Rev Andrew Sawyer, after 25 years as Parish Priest, officiated at his last Eucharist to a packed congregation. Afterwards, there was a farewell gathering, where Andrew was presented with a most substantial cheque, representing the high regard people have for him and reflection of the time and support he has given to so many people whilst in the Parish.
