Dear Residents,
We hope you’re having a wonderful summer! As we move into August, we want to take a moment to reflect on the fun we’ve shared and keep you updated on everything happening in our community.
We’re excited to share that construction on the new Dogwood Clubhouse and pool is officially underway! Both the old clubhouse and pool have been fully demolished, and the building process is moving forward. Even more exciting—we now have renderings of the new pool and pavilion available for viewing! These designs give a great preview of the fresh, modern amenities coming soon.
We’re planning more ways to bring the community together this summer and into the fall. Keep an eye on your inbox and bulletin boards for upcoming events and announcements—you won’t want to miss them!
Thank you all for continuing to make this neighborhood such a welcoming and vibrant place to live. If you have any questions, feedback, or ideas for future events, please don’t hesitate to reach out. We love hearing from you!
Warm regards, Community Management Team
What an amazing turnout! A big thank you to everyone who joined us for our Independence Day celebration. It was heartwarming to see so many residents come together to enjoy good food, laughter, and great company. The clubhouse looked festive with patriotic tablecloths and decorations, and the hot dogs, burgers, and delicious desserts were a big hit! We’ve included some photos below to capture the joy and community spirit from the day, be sure to take a look!
Congratulations to the residents at 893 Sabal Palm Dr. for earning the title of August’s Lawn of the Month! Your yard looks absolutely beautiful and adds so much charm to our community. Thank you for your effort and pride in keeping our neighborhood looking its best!
