Dear Residents,
Dear Residents,
As we step into May, we’re excited to share some important updates, reminders, and good news from around the community. There’s a lot happening, and we want to make sure you’re in the loop!
☑
We’re happy to report that the resurfacing of our bocce courts is officially complete! The final touch-ups have been finished, and we’re now just waiting on the final inspection before we can reopen the courts for everyone to enjoy. They’re looking fantastic, and we’re excited to see them back in action very soon!
With hurricane season approaching, we’re moving forward with our annual tree trimming and safety inspections. Thank you to all the residents who reached out regarding trees on their properties.
Our maintenance team, along with a certified arborist, will be reviewing the list of submitted requests and conducting inspections throughout the month of May. These inspections are essential in helping us schedule any necessary trimming as soon as possible to ensure the safety of our community during storm season.
As a reminder, while residents are responsible for maintaining trees on their own lots (as outlined in the community prospectus), we are inspecting trees that may be dead, dying, dangerous, or infested. Only trees that meet the specified criteria will be reviewed, and any removal decisions will be made at the discretion of management.
Big things are happening! The Dogwood Clubhouse and pool area are currently undergoing full demolition to make way for an exciting new build. Once the area has been cleared, construction will begin on a brand-new clubhouse and pool, offering beautiful, updated amenities for all residents to enjoy.
Please be aware that the area is securely fenced off during demolition for everyone’s safety. We’ll continue to share progress updates as the project moves forward—we’re truly looking forward to revealing the transformation!
You may have noticed construction activity near the Mango Clubhouse parking lot— that’s because we’re in the process of installing new concrete curbing around the lot. This enhancement will not only improve the visual appeal of the area but also help with traffic flow and long-term maintenance. We appreciate everyone’s patience and understanding as this work is completed, and we’re confident the final result will be a welcome improvement for the community.
Thank you for being such a vital part of what makes this community great. As always, we appreciate your involvement, your care for your homes, and your continued support. If you have any questions or need assistance, don’t hesitate to reach out!
A big congratulations to the resident at 792 Honeysuckle Ln. for being selected as May’s Yard of the Month!
Your yard looks amazing—beautifully maintained, full of personality, and a wonderful reflection of the pride you take in your home. Thank you for helping make our community more vibrant and inviting!
