THE SEASON TO SPARKLE AND SHINE! Print flyers, attach your business card, and distribute them to homeowners of decorated houses. It's an opportunity for you to meet homeowners, spread the word that you are in real estate, and help generate entries for our Holiday House Decorating Contest. Click to print flyer
TOCR BRANDED HOLIDAY CARDS Send thoughtful greetings to your sphere of influence with our custom TOCR Holiday Cards. Print in-house (at your office) or send over to your favorite printing service of choice (such as Vista Print). Cards are available in the TRIBUS documents section under Marketing Resources> Holiday Card 2023 or Click Here . For in-house printing: Print PDF doubled sided on 8.5x11 cardstock. There are two cards per one sheet. Once printed, cut down the center of the paper to separate the cards. Trim any excess white. Then fold card so the message is in the inside. Customize with your own personal touch. Note: You will need to provide your own cardstock and envelopes. Envelop size is 4x6.

For external printing service: Pick one of the 5 front of card design options. Upload the front and back of the card (two separate files in the folder) to a printing service website. The card is a “flat card”. The specifications are 4.6"x7.2" horizontal. Complete the order as directed by the website. Note: This is NOT paid for by TOCR

HOME FOR THE HOLIDAYS, TOCR PLAYLIST What better way to spread holiday cheer than a holiday playlist created by Terrie O'Connor Realtors! We asked our corporate staff, office managers and administrative assistants to tell us their favorite holiday songs. A fun way to spread holiday cheer and bring TOCR to everyone's home this holiday season! Share with your sphere! The playlist is available for streaming on Spotify, Amazon Music and YouTube. **You must have an account on Spotify and Amazon Music to listen to each.

To access the playlist on Spotify, please do the following: 1. Tap on the 3 dots on the mini-player below. 2. Click on "Save on Spotify." 3. When you log into Spotify and you're able to view the playlist, you can either choose to play the music immediately and/or add the playlist to your library. Once you're in your Spotify account and you want to add the playlist to your library, please do the following: 1. Click on the 3 dots again under the name & description for the playlist. 2. Select "Add to Your Library." To access the playlist on Amazon Music, please do the following: 1. Navigate to the mini-player and click "Listen on Amazon Music." 2. You can choose to listen to the music or add the playlist to your account. Once you're in your Amazon Music account and you want to add the playlist to your library, please do the following: 3. Click on the three dots under the title and description. 4. Click on the plus symbol. 5. You can then find the playlist in your library under playlists.
