From the desk of TERRIE O’CONNOR Dear TOCR Family, As 2023 has come to an end, I would like to take a moment to reflect and express my sincere gratitude to all of you for your continued perseverance and dedication to Terrie O’Connor Realtors. Despite the challenges we saw in 2023, we remained strong and resilient, hopeful that the coming year will bring better opportunities. Reflecting with pride and gratitude on our 30+ year journey of providing unparalleled service and dedication to our clients, we aim to enter 2024 with high expectations to continue to deliver and exceed that level of service. We have made a positive impact in the lives of many through providing necessities to different organizations throughout our communities. I look forward to continuing that momentum this year. We look forward to working with ALL of you in 2024! 2023 LRE Relocation Recap * We had 30 Closed Outgoing Referrals in 2023 * We sent to 14 states, including: AZ, CO, CT, DE, FL,GA, IL, MD, NC, NJ, NY, PA, SC, VA * Florida had the most transactions with 7 * 50% of the transactions were Buyers and 50% were Sellers * Prices ranged from a low of $135,000 - to a high of $1,110,000 * Your referrals generated $87,339 incoming dollars * The average commission for a referral was $2900 in agent dollars Agents earned their commissions by simply communicating with their sphere of influence and letting them know how we can assist them with their real estate needs anywhere in the United States and in over 70 countries worldwide.
