Local members of the Missouri State Teachers Association are joining thousands of teachers, students and educational organizations throughout the nation to observe the 90th annual American Education Week, November 13-19. The Lewis County C-1 School District will be celebrating American Education Week with a variety of activities. Pictured are Neva Fifer and Anna Drebes. Students showing “pawsitive” behavior at Highland Elementary got to take part in the school’s “Minute to Win It” games. Devin Stutsman and Taylor Starr chose Cougar Mugs as prizes when their names were drawn.
