SEAN DELPAZ A DOWNRIVER GUY WITH A PASSION FOR PEOPLE AND A POSITIVE ATTITUDE ne of the many reasons Sean Delpaz, associate broker with Synergy Realty Group, became a real estate agent was because of the lifestyle: the limitless potential for business growth, the financial opportunities and the freedom to create a personalized schedule. “While this business has no set hours — and it can feel like I’m always working — the love of the work is so great, it actually feels like I’m never working,” he shared. Sean’s original plan for getting his real estate license was to gain greater insight into his investment properties. However, he quickly became passionate about helping his clients through the process and realized his previous investor experience gave him a competitive advantage against many other agents in his local market.

By nature, Sean is extremely competitive and does not accept failure as an option. He believes attitude is everything and has an innate understanding for what is important to his clients. When he made the decision to build a business in real estate, he was leaving behind careers and experiences as a warehouse supervisor and a police/fire/EMS dispatcher. “When I chose to get into real estate full time, many friends and family members were concerned that leaving a good-paying job would be a huge mistake,” Sean recalled. “Initially, I wanted to prove them all wrong, but as time went on, and as I matured, I realized I just wanted to be the best I could be for myself.” With a “can-do” attitude, Sean built his business one client at a time. “I did this for myself, and I
