After 13 years of managing rental properties and remodeling homes, Mike bought three Little Caesars Pizza franchises. For nearly eight years he immersed himself into the restaurant business and then realized he needed a change. With years of experience in remodeling and property management, Mike was familiar with real estate from various perspectives. “I was ready to move into the next chapter in my life, and I felt confident my skill set would work in the real estate world,” Mike recalled. “I was familiar with everything from property taxes and values to costs of repair and home features.
