Nabih Saad is a strong believer that his profession found him. As branch manager/account representative at Estates Title Agency, Nabih grew up with a fascination for law, which later led him to pursue a degree in paralegal studies at Madonna University.

Shortly before graduation, Nabih was “pulled” into the title industry by two attorney mentors who were planning to open their own agency. That plan changed when they were approached by a much bigger, reputable title agency that proposed Nabih and his mentors take over the interest in their developed agency instead. “The opportunity to combine an established reputation with our energy and ambition was too good to pass up; this is the birth of Estates Title Agency,” Nabih said.

Estates Title Agency is a full-service title insurance, settlement and escrow agency. They handle both residential and commercial properties and have an extensive background in tax-title clearance. When Nabih is not talking title, he loves to be outdoors. From running, golfing, walking his dog, enjoying a family barbecue or cruising the city with his fiancé, if it is outdoors, he is there.

Nabih accredits his vibrant family with teaching him the importance of tackling every obstacle in life with “utmost enthusiasm.” No matter the challenge — be it athletics or work — Nabih stands with his parents in believing that all of life’s battles should be undertaken with the confidence of success.

“Some define success as being prosperous; I define success as being virtuous,” Nabih said. “Put simply, you must help others when nobody is watching, the same as when everybody is watching.”

Through helping others, Nabih finds his deepest satisfaction. Creating a hassle-free and comfortable environment in the real estate community is what Nabih strives to be remembered for. His modernized outlook on title and his ability to help speed up the closing process have helped him craft his own success in un-complicating the complicated.
