How would you describe your job in one word?
If I had to pick one word, I guess I would go with impactful. In my heart, I truly believe that my daily tasks impact the lives of our clients, employees, real estate agents and affiliates. We are on the ground floor of some amazing companies that can help our associates live a more unreal life, and every day we get one step closer to that unreal living. Why do you think you excel at your job?
Position/Title: Director of Operations Office/Company: Jeff Glover & Associates, Live
Unreal Companies How long have you been working for/with the person who nominated you? 7 years How long have you been working in the real estate industry? 7 years What did you do before you began working in your current position?
Before working with Jeff Glover & Associates, I was a shift manager and waitress at a local restaurant.
I believe I excel at my job because I am over-the-top efficient with everything I do. I time block my day every 15-30 minutes and am constantly changing what I am doing. I look at every day and measure my efficiency on a 10-point scale, and if I don’t feel I operated at an 8 or 9 that day, then I continue to work until I hit that number. There is a video highlighting the mamba mentality where Kobe Bryant explains that an athlete may be more skilled than him but will never outwork him. I believe that I, as well as Jeff, follow that mindset. What is the most rewarding aspect of your job?
The most rewarding aspect of my job is that I’ve been here since the beginning and witnessed the growth and evolution of the company throughout the years. When I started with our team, we only had three companies under Live Unreal, and now, we are at 13 companies! It is so rewarding to discover a need in our industry and create a company that helps service that need for real estate agents in our industry.
What does your typical workday look like?
I love this question! My typical workday is split into two every single day. In the morning, I focus on working “in the business,” which includes assisting clients, overseeing experience for both our agents and our clients, checking in with staff and holding our agents — including Jeff — accountable. In the afternoon, my mindset switches to working “on the business,” which means implementing new processes and opportunities for everyone within our Live Unreal organization.

What is the most challenging aspect of your job?
I would say the only challenging part of my job is managing so many moving pieces at once. As a result, I have to be very intentional with my time and ensure that I am crossing off each item on the daily to-do list. Otherwise, it is very easy to fall behind. What is one thing about you that others might find surprising or interesting?
I think most are surprised to find out I am only 26 years old. I started with our organization at the young age of 18 and have been here ever since. I am confident I will still be here at 65, too! @realproducers
