ADULT PROGRAMS Adult and Youth - Badminton Open Session Play 10yrs+ Enjoy playing the fastest racket sport – Badminton, with your family and others. Whether you are new to the sport or a seasoned player, please join us during “Open Session” play twice a week. All youth must always be supervised by an adult. - Please bring your own racket and birdie. We have very limited supplies of rackets that will be lent the first couple of visits. - Birdies will not be provided for any of the “Open Session” play. - Non marking shoes are an absolute must. Absolutely NO street shoes please. $30/person per month* (includes access to “Open Sessions” on Wednesdays and Saturdays) * No drop-ins are allowed

*We have wonderful volunteers and contractors who support our open gym program. To ensure we respect their time, if no one is present for “Open Session” play for 30 minutes upon opening, the gym will be closed for the night. Residents and non-residents welcome!

impact water-based work out. Participants move to music to create a party atmosphere! Aqua Zumba uses the least hydrodynamics way as a resistance to obtain a training effect. Working in the water promotes muscle endurance as participants will be pushing against the water, where the resistance is approximately 12 times of that on land, with every movement. Due to this, participants are creating a cardio workout while increasing muscle strength. The instructor, Siobhan, has a specialty license in Aqua Fitness.
