NEW Mad Science Red Hot Robots (With Coding Day!) Entering Grades 1-6

Children will build and take home their own robot while learning about circuits, wheels, gears, and sensors. ey will explore different robotic devices including line-tracking and programmable robots with coding. ey’ll also learn about simple machines and how they are used to make life easier. All supplies included!

Mad Science Secret Agent Lab

Entering Grades 1-6 Develop secret agent and detective skills in this hands-on week of fun! Uncover the science of analyzing evidence - from fingerprints to tracks to trash! Discover how detectives use chemistry and forensics. Explore secret agent gadgets. Participants should be reading at a first grade level to attend.

Entering Grades 1-6 Explore chemistry concepts such as the states of matter, acids & bases, atoms, molecules, reactions and so much more! Your scientist will take home a full set of labware!

Mad Science Rockin’ Rockets

Entering Grades 1-6 Become a rocket scientist and learn the fundamentals of flight, propulsion, rocket design, launch and recovery. Explore hot air balloons to hovercrafts and more! ere’s an exciting rocket launch every day and kids build and take home their own Mad Science rocket!

Building Up S.T.E.A.M. with LEGO™ Ages 5-6

Children will begin to explore simple machines using LEGO DUPLO™ early childhood materials. Each day of the week, your child will have story challenges with multiple hands-on projects. Your child will have the opportunity to work with and bring home evidence-based lab sheets to share with family to continue the learning process outside of camp. Projects may include spin tops, motorcycles, and hockey players.

S.T.E.A.M. Works with LEGO™ Ages 7-9

Children are working with standard LEGO™ materials to problem-solve pre-engineering challenges involving structure, levers, gears, pulleys, and other elements of simple machines. Your child will have the opportunity to work with and bring home evidence-based lab sheets to share with family to continue the learning process outside of camp. Projects may include drawbridges, flywheel cars, and amusement park rides.
