HENFIELD GARDEN CLUB
We meet once a month at 10am on a Sunday at the work location and work for about 3 hours. Most of the work is done on one of Henfield’s three commons although it could be elsewhere such as Danny’s Pond the Downs Link footpath or the Tanyard. Tasks range from planting seeds or tree whips to reducing bulrushes in Broadmare’s ponds. Tools are provided and all are welcome.
Friendly meetings with interesting speakers and pleasant visits to gardens and nurseries throughout the year.

LAMBS LAMBS is campaigning against Mayfield Market Towns’ proposals to build a new town, larger than Burgess Hill, on countryside somewhere between Henfield and Hurstpierpoint. LAMBS was formed in 2013 when these plans were first published on Mayfield Market Towns’ website. Since then the campaign has grown rapidly, gaining strong support throughout the area.
