A great event for Halloween...

Dracula at The Spire

Local theatre company TRUESTORY has already made an impressive name for itself with a magical sell-out production of A Christmas Carol in 2015 and – back by demand - 2017. Led by Artistic Director Gary Sefton, the company comprises a dynamic group of experienced performers from a variety of disciplines, united in their commitment to stylised story-telling in its purest, most theatrical, form. This Halloween, TRUESTORY are back at the spookily atmospheric Spire with their latest thrilling offering… Dracula! Sefton’s new adaptation of Bram Stoker’s chilling classic comes gliding in at a neat hour and combines physical, fast-paced narrative with the company’s bold and exciting style. The familiar tale of a cursed man’s eternal search for true love and world domination is given the company’s signature twist with spine-tingling special effects and suspense-filled drama. Not to be missed by adults and (brave) eight-year-olds and up!
