Adding to our emotional pain was the sudden loss of Blaise Van Hecke from Busybird Publishing. Read our Vale to this amazing woman on Page 9. Blaise was the living embodiment of what Supernal stands for; everybody has a story to share and her mission in life was to help as many people as possible to share theirs. This aspect of Blaise was covered beautifully at her funeral and it really paid testament to her drive and belief in people!

The team at Supernal send our love to Kev, his family and the extended Busybird family. It was,

and still is, an honour to be involved with Blaise and her dream! And Kev has let it be known that Busybird will live on to keep Blaise’s dream alive.

Reincarnation, Resurrection & Christ Consciousness With Easter done and dusted Supernal looks at the world of Resurrection and Christ Consciousness. This topic ties into reincarnation and, even a step further, Past Life Regression, Lives between Lives and Concurrent Lives.

This is truly and amazing conversation to be had, and one that might challenge many of our readers into thinking about these topics differently.

There are several feature stories that I personally have found fascinating. Deputy Editor, Freya Savitri Sampson, has written a doozy of a yarn on understanding Christ Consciousness coming from a religious background as a child.

Our columnists have also written into their columns aspects of consciousness that make for some thought provoking reading. ShirleySienna and Jane Offer take the understanding of Christ Consciousness to a different level and Charles Snelleksz-Mathelot cover this topic from quite different angles.

On top of this, our other regular columnists have really worked on some super stories and Dr Catherine Fyans has really set the cat amongst the pigeons with her column called The War of Words. This is a very no-holds barred opinion piece that is typical of Dr Catherine’s writing style.

Supernal Changes We want to welcome Olivia Sinco to the Supernal team. Olivia specialises in 21st Century Parenting and will be looking at a range of topics to help parents come to terms with children’s education and how to manage situations at home in a positive and constructive way.

We also welcome Amy Dalla Riva to the office team. Amy will be learning all aspects of how Supernal goes together and teaching me how to manage the social media aspect more effectively than in the past. As you can see, we are growing in more ways than one.

Geoff Cantor has lived an amazing life. Since leaving home at age 16, he has travelled and worked as a film maker around the globe. Geoff spent ten years living in India studying spirituality through meditation and asked the questions about Jesus and his resurrection. Readers will be surprised at the answer!

We hope all our readers had a Supernal Easter, enjoying family and friends and that May opens up a whole new world of consciousness in a positive and happy way!

Northern Rivers NSW - More Wet Weather

“If one devastating weather event was not enough, the Northern Rivers were hit by another flood on March 30…”

February 28 brought huge devastation across Northern Rivers with great floods.

This weather event has been catastrophic and the Northern Rivers have never seen floods this high before. Overcoming previous flood records of 12.11 meters to 14.37 meters.

If one devastating weather event was not enough, the Northern Rivers were hit by another flood on March 30, putting the already damaged towns in danger and isolating them from the world a second time. The only difference this time is that people’s homes have already been emptied and there’s less debris. This does not make it easier for residents as they try to return home and start rebuilding their lives.

Five weeks later and little has changed in the region, except for the lost memories that

filled every street have been removed from the sidewalks. Many people are traumatised, homes are still empty, thousands of people are still homeless, and many cannot access government subsidies or grants with all the administrative formalities involved. This has been one of the biggest challenges for all people caught up in this disaster.

Donations arrive daily in these towns, and will have to continue to do so in the foreseeable future. We want these towns and their residents to recover as quickly as possible, and they cannot do it alone.

Further rains are expected in the region and will continue next week. Many residents are surprised that this continues to happen five weeks after the original devastation. People are already getting prepared

and heading to higher ground before it’s too late.

The expected rain is enough to carry the already inflated streams and rivers over the edge. Donations are welcome and we recommend using recommended and proven organisations to offer your support.

Vale Blaise Van Hecke 1968 - 2022

By Anthony Kilner It seems only a week ago I was chatting to Blaise (The Book Chick) about Supernal’s direction, my direction and where Busybird and Blaise and Kev personally were heading in 2022. Now, as I write this tribute to Blaise’s shock passing, her voice echoes in my mind saying, “It’s all okay!”

I first met Blaise when I ventured into Busybird whilst preparing for the publication of my first book back in 2014. Kev had taken the cover images and Blaise was in the background smiling away and listening. It’s something she did with ease and grace.

Over the ensuing years Blaise and I chatted and exchanged stories. She made me feel like I was unique and alive with a story to share. She would make comments and slowly draw out the details. When working on

my second book, we chatted regularly as she pushed and prodded to get the best out of me – for me!

I still recall with fondness when the second book was signed off ready for printing, I’d been at the end of my tether with corrections and edits, Blaise sent me a beautiful and short email with words along the

Blaise and Kev blew me out of the water when they said yes to helping create my dream - Supernal Magazine. Their help and support was tremendous and an integral part in getting the magazine out there. The shock of Blaise’s passing has rocked the whole Supernal

team in ways I can’t express.

The love from the team towards Kev and Blaise is immense.

Blaise, I feel privileged to be a part of the Busybird family.

You welcomed me in with open arms and through all the personal tragedy I’ve faced in the last couple of years, yours and Kev’s support has been beautiful and constant. I loved that you genuinely cared!

I won’t say Rest in Peace Blaise, because I know full well that up there in the spirit world, you’ll be gathering and sharing stories and supporting anyone that needs it without judgement and with boundless love – thank you for being my friend!

Finding the

Needle of Truth

in the Haystack of Time

I recall as a young’n, being confused about religion. My father was Anglican and my mother, Roman Catholic.

Both my brother and I were christened Roman Catholic as infants. Neither of my parents were seriously practicing their religions; however both had been raised in the era of church on a Sunday.

We occasionally went to church, mainly with my mother’s parents on special occasions and there was a short period of time where my brother and I were sent to Sunday school. This occurred after I asked our parent’s questions like, “What’s the difference between Roman Catholic and Anglican, if there

is only one God?” and, “If Adam and Eve were the only people God created and they had Cain and Abel, where did everyone else come from? That would be incest and that’s not okay!”

Unequipped to answer such pointy-ended questions, they preferred I ask them of the Bible teachers. This Sunday education lasted a matter of weeks as there was no room for answering such questions there either. This catalysed, at the tender age of 10, the beginnings of an existential crisis in my being. By the age of 12, having researched the Crusades and other such politicised barbarisms enacted in the ‘Name of God’, I sat down with the chaplain at my school to ‘have it out’.

Again, asking the pointy-ended questions, he too was unable to answer satisfactorily for

I paused momentarily to wonder what had happened, how had his conscience become so paralysed?

Aware that this was not a question that he would ask himself anytime soon and that the dogma of religion was not about to change, I realised that I was unable to allow him or any religion with double standards to ‘protect my soul’.

‘No offence Jesus.’ I thought at the time, because despite the construct of the religion, I felt the essence of truth with Him. I had already deduced that Jesus, Mother Mary and Mary Magdalene, who I felt had been given an unnecessarily distorted wrap, were not Catholic either.

The next immediate step was to extricate myself from this restrictive christening blessing I’d received. A few more questions of the chaplain gave me clarity. “So, to make sure I’m clear on what you’re saying, I can renounce my religion. However, if I do I’ll burn in hell for all eternity without hope of being saved?”

“Yes, that’s correct!”

Wow. Even as I write this now, I am gobsmacked at the insanity and the damage that could have done to my young personage, had I been less confident in my capacity and balanced in both hemispheres of cerebral function.

My response was, “Great, that’s not the kind of cruel God I choose to associate with. I renounce my Roman Catholicism, with you and all of creation as my witnesses.”

I walked away and felt my consciousness and whole being expanding with the relief. I pondered, ‘Now, what do I really believe in?’ The answer from my soul was immediate.

‘I believe in the goodness in all things; that there is truth in every religion and spiritual pathway. Unified by their essence of Go(o)dness, it is that which is incorruptible by human greed and lust for power. It is that unifying essence with which I align myself and is my truth’.

From that moment on, I sought the truth about Jesus, Mary, Mary and the Apostles. This search lead me down many pathways. Some of the most useful I shall reference.

Je%!#s Ch*@st! Blasphemy or Invocation?

Another topic I spent some considerable energy contemplating as a youth was ‘taking the Lord’s name in vain’.

My dad was a swearer.

Whenever he was upset, he’d come out with things like, ‘Jesus wept!’ or ‘Jeesuus Chrrrist!’ I recall some very wise words of my mother when questioning her about this blasphemy. “I think, that when people are in a very troubled state of mind and they use Jesus’s name in this way, they are really calling

for his help.” Epiphany! Whether they realised that or not, that was what was occurring. This changed my perception of blasphemy. Later in life when I realised the term, ‘I Am That I Am,’ came from the Bible and was therefore a name of God given to Moses, I applied the same concept.

People who speak English will often utilise the term I Am, to describe themselves. It is usually followed by a description of self. I am - happy, sad, depressed, going to the shops and so on.

When written, the lowercase ‘a’ in I am, denotes one as being a unit of unity, rather than unity itself whilst phonetically both are the same. So, whenever

one says I am, and identifies with a state of being or an action that is derogatory towards the self or is dis-eased, it is the true blasphemy and is in vain. Everything that is positive, life and health affirming is the appropriate use of this name of God, with whom, you are and I am One. For, by now, we surely all have accepted the truth that our beliefs, thoughts and words become deeds, experiences and manifest form. Choosing the healthy, abundant ones I Am, as can you.

Sri Yukteshwar The first book I read on my path towards self-realisation was Autobiography of a Yogi.

Within its pages Paramahamsa Yogananda recounts his teacher Sri Yukteshwar’s description of the Genesis Garden of Eden story, which I found most enlightened, as did the entire Autobiography.

The Sacred Heart and Beyond As I ventured further into sleuthing, the glaringly obviously missing information in the bible about the life of Jesus ages 13-30, I found more well researched references to those missing years. According to multiple sources Jesus had spent time learning from the Essenes, Indian Gurus and traveling to Persia, Syria, Tibet and China, before returning to Israel.

I also became aware that there were once references in the Bible to reincarnation which had been removed.

This reformation is attributed in connection with 1st and through to the 2nd Councils of Nicaea in 325AD and 553AD. Roman Emperor Constantine

spearheaded the first council and to him are attributed numerous enormous changes to the organisation and practice of Christianity in 325AD, in conjunction with the Christian Council Fathers.

In 367AD, the Church Father Athanasis designated 66 (!) books that together form the Christian Biblical Canons.

These were in essence the only books included and recognised

by Christian Teachings. Upon the discovery of these crucial documents, scholars have been able to confirm that Gnostic Christians also believed in reincarnation. At this time, they did not have the later created label of Gnostics, they were simply Christians

who followed the message of Christ and who ‘coincidentally’ believed in reincarnation.

Reincarnation the Churches Biggest Lie.

“This is the true meaning of alchemy, of turning lead into gold.”

These awareness’s, in tandem with my own awakening experience in 1999, catapulted my journey into service to humanity and, when the opportunity arose, to study the Vedic chakra system, Kundalini and the ascension process to integrate and fully embody the initiation.

Through study, I came to realise that the ignition of the soul flame in the heart, is driven by the soul’s burning, yearning to serve.

It is the beginning of being what is known as Christed or embodying Christ Consciousness. There must be enough of a reservoir of golden chi, the processed raw chi/ Kundalini, stored in the energy body to catalyse this change.

This is the true meaning of alchemy, of turning lead into gold. This takes lifetimes to develop and then, once the activation/initiation occurs either by spontaneous means or through the assistance of a spiritual teacher who has already achieved it themselves, it takes considerable time to truly embody.

For those who seek to awaken this sacred flame within their heart, I offer you this; whilst my experience was one of spontaneous self-ignition, I humbly recommend the assistance of a reputable teacher, as the process will be far safer and far more ease and grace.

The Gospel of Thomas - Jesus’s Teachings on Consciousness, Oneness and Manifestation. the soul is to create a truly transparent ego. This is called the Diamond Body initiation. Upon completion, the soul becomes ascended, is deathless and unchanging throughout time and space.

Jesus Christ, Mother Mary, Mary Magdalene, Buddha, Paramahamsa Yogananda, Babaji and so many others are examples of such high initiates.

Not all who attain this state will be famous, for that is beside the point. The internal journey to such a state is reflected in its name as enormous pressure is required to create the transparency of a diamond from the density of coal.

How to Purify the Spirit for Ascension - The Teachings of Jesus Christ.

Mary Magdalene was eventually canonised in 1969.

Nevertheless, after so long, the reputation still lingers. Then Pope Francis on July 22, 2016, raised her liturgical memory to ‘The Apostle of Apostles’.

As a young female in the 1980s, I only had to look around at the disproportion of respect in the world: class/caste, racial/ sexual orientation/religious persecution and, in recent history, the Suffragettes to bra burning in the 60’s, to see that

human beings collectively have strayed far from their true nature of self being care, love, acceptance of and goodwill towards all people, sentient life and all of creation.

This socially engineered image is programmed from birth into people via the media. It did not escape me, even as a youth, that boys were ‘studs’ if they had success with girls, whilst conversely girls were described as ‘sluts’.

Although 30 years have passed, I observe very little has changed. In fact, the number of violations of rape still continue to rise.

It is apparent when researching and reading from these texts, that the contents of them do not serve the current agenda of the Church. For those interested, these docu-videos and interviews give insight into these suppressed gospels and relate them to the King James version of the Bible. The documents are referenced and can be accessed by anyone.

I have been blessed to journey this sacred Earth and to visit many temples, both natural and constructed. Within every one, I have found goodness and been reverent, for the whole of creation is sacred.

Every place that one’s body temple visits, the spirit is resident within the body temple and surrounds it constantly. Every thought, every emotion, every action is in relationship to God. Nothing is separate; everything is sacred.

As this article draws to a close, I acknowledge the further down the path I go, the less I know. The less I know the more surrendered I am. Thy will, not mine. Thank you to all my teachers on the path.

Do Souls Live…?

Pythagoras is said to have coined the word Metempsychosis the Greek equivalent word to reincarnation, and is derived from meta, meaning change and empsykhoun, meaning ‘to put a soul in to’.

Palingenesis is another Greek word meaning ‘being born again’ and applies to this conversation.

Do you believe in resurrection? What about reincarnation? It’s a fascinating subject discussed in spiritual circles, religious centres, and everyday homes, where people have some animated discussions. I find this topic absolutely fascinating; however, where do these terms come from and do they have any real meaning! Could it be true that we reincarnate from one dead body to a new living body?

I’d like to invite our readers on a journey back in time, to a time before Jesus was said to have resurrected, before our Ascended Masters walked this Earth. To a time when the Gods, or the Creator, implanted the notion of a soul experiencing many lifetimes.

Reincarnation There are many questions to discuss with reincarnation. Is this the same soul as a previous life? Is this the soul of a future life? Do we have one immortal soul, or is it a part of a soul collective – the sum of all our lives past, future and present? Is it mind energy or consciousness? Are we reborn knowing all or nothing? My other thought is, are we reborn as plants, animals, humans, or some different consciousness, a spirit being? These are big questions we’ll ponder in this article.

Reincarnation is derived from the Latin word that means ‘entering the flesh again’. It’s an interesting concept when we ask what reentering the flesh means.

So what is the meaning behind reincarnation? There are three common expressions used to explain the word - rē”ĭn-kär-nā shen or another name for it is Samsara.

1 - Rebirth of the soul in another human or nonhuman body.

2 - A reappearance or revitalisation in another form; a new embodiment.

3 - The act or state of being incarnated anew; a repeated incarnation; a new embodiment.

Samsara means the cycle of birth and death and is said to have come to light in India around the first millennium BCE (Before Common Era). I have to get my head around changes to things like BC (Before Christ), AC (After Christ) and now BCE and CE meaning Common Era. There are references to reincarnation dating back to the Vedic Period (c. 1100 – c. 500 BCE) and later through other areas such as the Druids and Greek Philosophers. As

feature time moved on, talk of the Afterlife flowed through to what we see as modern-day reincarnation.

In modern times reincarnation is also referred to as Transmigration or Rebirth – the soul passing from one body to another.

Throughout history, many of the religious groups seem to have different views on reincarnation and many religions are split – some do, and some don’t. The same as many religions believe in the Afterlife yet not in reincarnation.

My experiences and thoughts as a Spiritualist are that we reincarnate through many lifetimes here and on other planets (different realms possibly too). My thoughts are that we are working our way through many lives, dealing with learning and karma to reach enlightenment or Nirvana. Oneness with all things.

Yet Buddhism has a contradictory belief that reincarnation/transmigration cannot occur due to the doctrine that refers to Anatta or Anatman – which means no soul or no self. My experience is based on living with Buddhist monks, and I love the philosophy behind Buddhism; however, this highlights how doctrine can vary within the same philosophy or religion.

As a Spiritualist, our belief is to question everything and grow from that learning.

I’ll talk about Past Life stuff a little further in this yarn; however, many people, especially Spiritualists, believe in reincarnation as a part of the soul’s journey to oneness.

Depending on how we live each life, each life adds more to the puzzle. The construct, if you like, that allows us to keep adding pieces to the bigger picture. Once all the pieces are together – what happens then? Well, that’s yet another question to ponder!

Theravada scholar Walpola Rahula In his 1959 book, What the Buddha Taught, asked a fascinating question.

So, where does karma sit within all this? Many people believe that good and bad karma is accrued through life. At some point after death, we are called before the Lords of Karma to learn and understand the consequences of our actions. We then have to choose a life to learn and deal with these consequences. Of course, there is way more to this statement to consider and get the mind around, however it’s the basics we are covering.

In some religions, like my understanding of Buddhism, we attract good karma and live life to attain enlightenment. Get too much bad karma, and you get returned to Earth as a bug and can only move into a human life again when an enlightened being helps you. I’ve never really come to terms with that; as with many religions, I am not into the fear factor these doctrines espouse.

There are many stories about Resurrection in history. One wonders if they have been confused with people seeing the ghost or spirit of the person supposedly resurrected and who walks among us – yet another question to ponder.

Past Lives

Resurrection As we are moving through the Easter period, where Jesus was killed on the cross and was entombed to rise again in his body three days later, it is possibly the most famous story of Resurrection in our human history.

Resurrection is the life and soul of the deceased person coming back to life in the same body, different from reincarnation, where the soul enters a new body.

Understanding past lives is an interesting concept to get one’s head around.

Having done many past life regressions (PLR), I feel it’s a divided community. There seem to be two main ways PLR works, hypnosis and guided meditation. Both have proven to work, and based on my experience alone, a guided PLR where the practitioner is involved in that experience and can answer questions, is the method I use and find works well.

I am not saying the other doesn’t work equally as well. Some people aren’t comfortable with hypnosis and vice-versa. Over years of dealing with and understanding PLR, I have noted that many people gravitate to being a famous person instead of an ordinary person living a more regular life with a twist. What we look for in these experiences is evidence to back up what the PLR experience is – it’s no mean feat sometimes!

The idea behind a PLR is to deal with problems in this life caused or created in another life. Deal with that understanding and learn from it and heal the person in this life and that life and potential future lives.

“I don’t believe that we can be our father, mother, brother or sister in the same life – well, not at this stage. I am open to learning more about it though!”

Lives between Lives Initially, people practising PLR only dealt with that topic. It came to light some years back, and there are many books dealing with this topic; what happens to the soul between lives? What is the soul’s journey at that point?

Many people believe that the soul moves around accruing experiences to help others. They become the Spirit Guides, Angels, Lords, Devas and any other names people attribute to them to help us in our physical lives.

Understanding that we are one soul on a massive journey through physical and spiritual existence makes it easier to understand lives between lives, especially on a linear timeline as we are taught to believe in. However – what if there’s more?

Concurrent Lives Okay, another theory, and one I have spent a lot of time working with, is concurrent lives. That is, multiple lives throughout multiple time periods, all happening concurrently, not in a linear timeline.

In my world, we have a Soul Collective, which is the sum of all souls living at any time and space within this collective. With the ability of many souls to help us through our various physical existences, to educate the Soul Collective, therefore creating a Super Soul Collective that can interact with other Super Souls, creating a multiverse of confluent information and experiences, where no time in space holds a soul’s learning back?

What if the Guides, Lords, and Devas that appear before us are the many souls within our collective that help us remember what we are here on Earth or other planets and dimensions to learn?

Have I lost you yet?

This collective can then interact with the other collectives so that we can interact with and obtain the experiences we need to live in this life. I don’t believe that we can be our father, mother, brother or sister in the same life – well, not at this stage. I am open to learning more about it though!

Books and Further Reading There is a plethora of material on this topic, from religious to theosophical and even sceptical understandings, and I’m possibly creating more questions with this story than providing answers too. I could recommend many books, too many to mention.

My suggestion is to explore this topic at length and take on board what sits with you personally, and don’t be afraid to change your thinking on the many aspects of this topic – I mean, what can one fully know in just one lifetime?

I NEVER MET JESUS OF NAZERETH!

I never met Jesus of Nazareth. I was born in the 20th century. However, I was fortunate to travel India and lived there for many years meeting great beings living in very high states of consciousness who perhaps have a profound understanding of what the Christ Consciousness is.

I heard many stories of a young man who came from another land over two thousand years ago and was an outstanding student in the great centre of learning called Puri, which is located south of Calcutta.

Puri was, and still is, a great centre of learning for the Brahmans, the priest class of the Hindu tradition.

Apparently, this young man, who in India was known as Issa, was a very intelligent man who had a light about him and

I am interested in the higher state of consciousness. I am interested in the soul of all humanity. What I have discovered came out of one of the great teachings in India ‘Tat Tvam Asi’ which means ‘You Are That’.

What is this ‘That’ which this statement refers to?

This is also similar to the apparent statement from Jesus where he made the statement that you cannot come to God except

through him. “I am the way the truth and the light.”

In India they have another statement “Aham Brahmasmi”.

Which means “I Am That”. So, what is this ‘I Am?’

I believe this is pointing to what my own teacher, Swami Muktananda said with the statement “God Dwells Within You, As You.” This is a very profound statement.

What is the God that dwells within me? What is the “I Am” that is spoken of in the statement “I Am That.”

Through the regular practice of meditation, which is the yoga of stilling the mind and going within and sitting quietly in a still space at the centre of your being, you are coming close to this spiritual centre which is what Jesus referred to as “I am.” This is the way through to God or Christ Consciousness.

It’s within each of us.

There were also stories about Jesus returning to India after his crucifixion. That in fact he didn’t die on the cross.

As a great Yogi there are many powers that he would have had the capability of practising.

Yogis can do many things with their bodies, one of them is stilling the life force within, calming it down and entering a state of suspended animation.

It is possible that is what he did. He shut his whole system down.

It was a conscious yogic practice to get away from the pain, the physical pain of the crucifixion. He would have been able to become unconscious, lowering his whole metabolic rate, his heartbeat, the whole life energy that was in him.

It is said he was rescued from his tomb by people that knew him.

Who they were, I have no idea. I wasn’t there, yet it’s possible that he would have left that region. There was no point in him staying around Jerusalem or anywhere he was known. If he had been discovered, he would have been killed so it was wise for him to leave.

I believe he travelled back through what was then Persia, right back to India and settled in the Himalayas. I believe his tomb is now in Kashmir. The Pope will not be pleased about this.

The yogis that I spoke to in India all said that Jesus was a great Yogi. These Yogis were wise people and knowledgeable people, able to access very high states of consciousness that Western societies are not familiar with.

There are many esoteric arts and skills that come from this higher evolution of consciousness. When they spoke about Jesus, they said only a great Yogi could do what he did. I believe Jesus was a great Yogi.

The religion, the organisation, the rules and regulations that came up around his teachings are of no interest to me.

I’m interested in the state of consciousness Jesus achieved. I am interested in the self within me. I’m interested in what my teacher taught me, “God dwells within me as Me.” That I and all beings have the spark of God within us. We just have to go within and find it through silence and meditation.

The unconditional love and the tiny spark of light that I saw in the eyes of many Yogis showed me something well worth seeking!

Real Time Christ Consciousness

Expecting a holier than thou, how to achieve and align yourself with the Christ Consciousness in your human lifetime type article?

cross. The saviour, the sacrifice, the ‘Lamb of God’, turned the other cheek. Some take this as a free pass, behaving as they like, utilising the ‘forgiveness card’ or offering a small penance.

To relieve and hopefully excite you, I’ll say, “Nah, you’re already there!”

The various levels of human consciousness invariably do a great ‘con’ job on us. Ask Freud, Jung, the local psyche ward, shopping mall, or just stop and ponder: become the detached observer of yourself and of others, it has the ability to convince us spectacularly, both positively and negatively.

The Christ Consciousness surfaces of its own accord when we least expect it.

Fleetingly or biding its time, depending on your cognitive resources.

Some may associate the Christ element with that of Jesus, Son of God. My explanation is, I’m sure, humanly flawed, however no need to crucify the messenger. We do not have to live in the likeness of Jesus the Christ, a superstar.

Whether this Jesus the Christ is a mythical figure, a legend, a tall tale, or the story of a person or persons, of a civilisation, or of a belief system, based loosely on a life or lives gathered together to create something for us to adhere to, to live by or disregard altogether, this is not Christ Consciousness.

We are incarnate in this level of ‘three dimensional density’.

Humans are known for being very dense, a term used to denigrate ourselves and others stupid or unaware

The Christ Consciousness may well be whatever you make it.

Perhaps I am being inspired by ‘Christ Consciousness’ to write this now!

It is within, hidden, active, apparent, obvious, yet under most circumstances seemingly unavailable when we need to ‘rise to it’. It is the conundrum of human nature.

It is that which exists as a part of, may I dare to say, that which may appear vile,

Sacred Sites - Pathways of the Sun

Sacred Gateways & the Diamond Light Grid

The Great Mother Stone My last few articles have covered the sacred Diamond Light Grid on the Southern tip of Africa which, through the research of Dean Liprini, is shedding light on the relative meagre recorded history of African history and spirituality.

As far as we know, this light grid phenomenon is unique to South Africa, and what we have come to learn through Dean’s work is that, this mysterious grid network of geometrically aligned solar and lunar observatories across the southern tip of Africa, extends 800km and the marker stones, profiles and observatories along this path give testament to the awareness and appreciation of

the ancients here of the cycles of nature and the movements of the sun and the moon.

At the very tip of Africa the light grid is mapped over the Peninsula as three main pathways or gateways where the sun’s passage is captured at the summer solstice, the equinox and the winter solstice.

What we are discovering is that within these gateways there is an incredible archaeoastronomical network of interconnected solar and lunar observatories - sacred places first lit by the fire of life from the sun - that are being identified as sites of ceremony and pilgrimage of the ancient peoples of Africa.

It is interesting to note that the geometric pattern described by the sun’s path is a perfect

diamond shape - the symbol of the earth mother in African tribal lore. The diamond of light grid is formed by the two main pathways of the sun - the northerly and southerly sunrises and sunsets that occur on the summer and winter solstices.

ID and Training At grassroots level, have you ever considered how to get ID for someone that doesn’t have ID and cannot prove who they are? It’s no easy task! Fortunately, there was a goddess of a woman working in the Department of Justice, who was willing and able to assist with this process, as well as having warrants and fines rescinded when the person enrolled in TAFE Certificates and

Diplomas. This enabled people to access both education and financial support to study.

Grants, Funding and Food Once the Art Centres came under a unified body, it was much easier for the key stakeholders to release goods, services and funding.

Another major challenge for many participants was malnourishment, due to the size of families subsisting on a single person’s social security payment. A problem which could not be solved overnight, so we made sure that there was food in the Artist Duggie fridge - it wasn’t a Ritz smorgasbord - polony, bread, margarine, lettuce, tomato and cheese.

That way people would have enough energy to focus on creating their art.

Galleries and Exhibitions A gallery opened in Karratha and people’s art became a huge success, drawing more people out to Roebourne and Cossack. Most of the sale price went to the artist, with a small percentage retained by the centre to cover costs. Many entered local, national and international competitions, with some success.

Some of our artists were even invited to exhibit overseas,

including one who prior had been living at the rubbish dump, addicted to drugs. What a transformation!

Integrity My position as Co-ordinator of Warbamirdawaji was the highest paying job outside of the mining industry. Literally putting my money where my mouth is, when RAG became an incorporated body, I asked ATSIS to transfer the funding to RAG. I was offered the position, which I declined, deferring that role and income to a qualified Aboriginal or TSI person.

Even with these unprecedented outcomes, the Australian Federal Government was not interested in our proposal to replicate this model nationally.

Imagine what could be possible in our nation and world, if everyone stepped out of competition and into unity.

Our sensitivity to the natural world around us has been numbed to her touch and we have been blinded to her attempts to engage with us. We are not alone on this planet, in fact, we are a part of the Earth. We are kin to every part of Mother Earth and this cannot be denigrated by anyone. The Earth is finely woven into the fabric of our being. Her body is our body; her breath is our breath, and her waters are the rivers that flow throughout our bodies, bringing nutrients and information to every ecosystem within and upon the human body.

Everything we need to know to excel on this planet is found within nature, we just need to take time to slow down and pay attention to the wisdom the Earth is constantly offering us. I frequently hear people tell me with such admiration how they wish they could communicate with the Earth as I do. I have heard this statement for years, and I have concluded that my questioners engaged with the Earth superficially. They wanted a skill without effort on their part. Isn’t this story indicative of humanity’s mindset? We

“Look deeply into nature, and then you will understand everything better.” Albert Einstein As I began my research to write this article, I came across Se ti Sabir (2019) a short film created by James Bridle, an artist, film maker, author and editor. In this film, Bridle reflects on language, intelligence and our relationship to new technologies and non-human species.

Sabir, as Bridle explains in the film, is a word from a pidgin language which lived from the eleventh to the nineteenth centuries at sea and in the ports around the Mediterranean, called Lingua Franka. Today, Lingua Franka means any kind of bridge language or pidgin, however eight hundred or so years ago, Lingua Franka specifically meant, and was known as, the language of the sailors. It began as a pidgin language constructed from the blending of Italian dialects of Venetian and Genoese, with Turkish, and evolved to include Catalan, Occitan, the Berber languages of North Africa, Greek, and Arabic.

Sabir, in Lingua Franka, is the verb, ‘to know’. As Bridle states in this film, verbs in pidgin languages don’t decline,

which means the word keeps its original form; it doesn’t change. So, Sabir means ‘I know’, ‘you know’, ‘we know’, ‘he/she knows’ and ‘they know’. Sabir also means, “Do you know?” or “Do you understand Lingua Franka?”

This was a way for two people, speaking different languages, to establish a pathway for communicating.

In Se ti Sabir, Bridle explores ways through which we may gain a deeper understanding of each other, the Earth we live upon and the artificial intelligence we are creating.

If we cannot find a common language through which we can really know each other and our Mother Earth, then we will destroy ourselves with selfimportance, greed, and fear.

Bridle refers to Big-Corp, as artificial intelligence made up of people, machines and infrastructures that are connected to large networks.

They are programmed to respond to pleasure and pain in the form of profit and loss, and are narrow minded in the way they view their operation and purpose. They don’t consider the wider community.

Armed with free speech, legal standing and wealth, they are difficult to get rid of, because they are protected and we have allowed them to live among us. Our desire for a luxurious, easy life has allowed them to shape society

and our beliefs in a way that benefits them. We mistook education for wisdom, degrees for intelligence, religion for sacred knowledge, Big-Pharma for health, Big-Ag for food, and lies for truth. We have been programmed to view intelligence as the ability to conquer and extract from a man, woman, child, animal, place and space, whatever we want.

Do we want to keep acquiescing to the largest symbol for artificial intelligence, the Big-Corp globalists, or will we join team Gaia, and ascend to the light within?

I will conclude with this statement: “Truly, we are one with our Earthly Mother, and he who clings to the laws of his Earthly Mother, to him shall his Mother cling also!”

I was walking with a five year old student down the hallway early in the school year, when our newest students were still settling in.

Little Miss had spotted our Herbology teacher, Beth Kimber. Back in the classroom when Beth’s photo was shown to our other newbies and they were asked if they remembered what she teaches, a reply came “She teaches vegetables!”

with the natural environment’.

Typically, the lessons include observing and discussing worms, planting and nurturing seeds, discussing different types of mulch and learning about the purpose of bees.

Last year Beth organised a whole school farm day, where each student brought a vegetable along to make soup, which we all shared for lunch. Also, they set up vegetable garden beds, making scarecrows, baking bread from scratch and planting an orchard.

Some students also attend regular small group sessions that tend the orchard and vegetable gardens that were established on farm day.

What’s interesting about these small groups is the level of engagement Beth sees among students who would normally present with oppositional behaviour in a mainstream classroom setting. Where at least two Education Support Workers usually work alongside students to integrate them into routine literacy and numeracy lessons, Beth can facilitate a small group gardening session,

made up entirely of students with additional needs, on her own. There is a discipline system in place, clearly explained to students, that participating is mandatory.

They are warned that if they cross the boundaries twice, they will not be invited back.

However, that rarely happens as being outside watering, weeding, planting and spreading mulch is incredibly grounding.

There’s a strange satisfied hush that falls over the classroom when iPads are brought out, the students form part of a kind of collective cheerful release.

During ‘trauma training’ last year though, I learned that they are getting a rush of dopamine, the feel-good neurotransmitter, which is the major concern as this sets up a reliance on the device to feel good.

The solution is simple, minimise screen time, planning regular whole days or weekends without any electronic device use. Most importantly, get outside at every opportunity.

We’re so lucky to have Herbology making its way into schools and passionate and hardworking people like Beth, to lead the way in reminding us of what is important for families and our future.

Reflections Christ Consciousness – Living from the Inside

We hear the term Christ Consciousness; however, what does it really mean?

Simply, it is the awareness of our Higher Self as part of a universal system and grounding it into this physical environment.

We are taught that we must ‘be kind’ to others, often denying our own needs. We compromise to fit in, we remain silent to keep the peace, and we sacrifice our truth to that silence in case we are seen to stand out. In this way, we live from the outside in, and our authenticity is the casualty.

We learn to conform without question, living by the rules of others until it becomes our norm.

to understand compassion, it will be an intrinsic part of our nature. However, it does not mean that we will constantly receive compassion or that we will be consciously compassionate, as we would learn nothing. It is the journey through opposites, giving and receiving in balance, which teaches us the many facets of compassion. This journey encompasses every experience, enabling us to understand every viewpoint until we live it from our Inner Self.

Living from the inside out means being the most authentic version of ourselves.

At the Soul level, we are a perfect being, and the adventure of life is to re-discover our complex, unique nature and honour it.

This is a personal relationship and the only one who can understand us, provide for our needs, love us, value us and acknowledge who we are, is ourselves.

Believing that others can fulfil this important role brings

disappointment, as they cannot possibly know, let alone understand, our requirements and expectations. This approach, albeit often a subconscious demand, creates pressure in relationships. The person required to ‘make us complete’ is unaware of our expectations, and they are doing the best they can, within the framework of their own beliefs of their role in our life.

They have a subconscious sense of the underlying pressure to ‘be there for us’, and they do what they believe provides that. We become used to what they offer, and soon it will not be enough, as we rely on an external source rather than developing our inner resources.

The energy of the demand increases - they sense it; try to meet it without any conscious knowing of what that may be, and begin to feel that it is never enough. Of course, they are correct.

When we listen to our Inner Guidance, we move in trust towards our goals. Of course, we experience difficulties, yet we will overcome the challenge and understand its specific purpose with our inner connection.

Throughout this exchange, no words are spoken, only a series of complaints when either becomes frustrated at the perceived failure of the other in not receiving or knowing what to give. Eventually, an acrimonious disconnect occurs. However, living from the inside out avoids this, as we understand that we are our own fulfilment, our own source, and when we come together with another like-minded soul in whatever situation, it is a productive and peaceful gift.

interaction and learn by the observation that these links provide. We do not judge through expectation at a level of good or bad, success or failure, as we see the value in each experience, which it just IS. Every ancient text informs us metaphorically of the need to go within, to live through the essence of who we are and trust our union with higher understanding.

The Bible states, “Do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewal of your mind, that by testing you may discern what is the will of God, what is good and acceptable and perfect.”

Romans 12:2.

This is the natural law of perfection, active and manifest within each of us. Our purpose is to bring our personal outer world into alignment with the natural flow of our inner world.

Love is our strongest emotion, the fundamental essence of our being. Therefore, Christ Consciousness is to know ourselves, love ourselves and honour who we are.

As Buddha says, “You yourself, as much as anybody in the entire universe, deserve your love and affection.”

Surely when the great teachers of the world tell the same story, that we are equal, worthy and have within us the ability to provide our own needs, then what do we achieve by torturing ourselves on the cross of self-sacrifice.

Metaphorically, someone else did that to show us that we will find all we are seeking – Ourselves by going within.

Pathways to Conscious Health

The War of Words

By Dr Catherine Fyans Terms such as ‘conspiracy theorist’, ‘anti-vaxxer’ and ‘vaccine hesitancy’ are weaponised terms designed and utilised to dismiss, invalidate, humiliate, denigrate and often vehemently oppose those who question, or offer an alternative viewpoint to, the consensus reality and its supporting narrative.

These words are heavily emotionally laden, and the recipients are often trialled and judged before being able to present their perspectives in any detail.

Inherent in the term ‘antivaxxer’ is the heretic energy, which is directed to anyone who has queries or objections regarding vaccination programs, particularly to those who work in the healthcare professions. We hold the memory of this energy in our collective unconscious, and know that, throughout history, those who were accused of being heretics were punished in less than pleasant ways. This

potent unconscious influence will have many do anything to avoid being identified with that term. We hear it all the time – “But I am not an anti-vaxxer!”

Please do not accuse me of that! My question is - why are we not allowed to have an opinion on vaccinations? Or anything else for that matter.

Why can’t we take a stance?

It’s interesting that those who work in the medical fields can freely discuss the pros and cons of any medication or medical procedure. In fact, it is entirely expected that healthcare professionals do so. Yet somehow the rules are different for vaccines or novel gene technologies labelled as vaccines. Discourse, aside from full and gleeful support of them, is simply taboo. No further discussion. I will obey!

Yet reprehensibly reckless experimental medicine is apparently okay and beyond question. Even for our children and pregnant women.

When it comes to this area of health care, most people

simply cannot see beyond the propaganda and dogma that is trying to pass as ‘science’, particularly when their survival fears are being so manipulated.

Any conscientious objector will be seen as the enemy by the unthinking masses who have been well and truly programmed to believe that their health and survival is dependent upon artificial laboratory-produced concoctions, the products of our run-away intellectual hubris, rather than the wisdom of their own bodies. They will perceive anyone who questions this area of healthcare as a direct threat to their survival, or that of their loved-ones, and thus, will vehemently oppose them. Vaccine fanaticism is not good science rather it’s a conditioned emotional response.

It has taken a very concerted effort, applied for at least the last hundred years, to get us to this juncture in medical history.

This started with the ‘Flexner Report’ that changed the face of healthcare in the early 1900s.

As the story goes, Abraham Flexner, an educational theorist, wrote the ‘Medical Education in the United States and Canada’ report, at the behest of John Rockefeller and Andrew Carnegie. From this time, the wholistic approach to healthcare began to be overthrown, giving way to the solely scientific approach. This started the proliferation of laboratory research and the monetising of health care with the patenting of medicines.

Incidentally, Pharmaceuticals began as the by-products of oil refinement.

Along with this came the increasingly ‘reductionist’ approach to healthcare, the heavy and increasing application of rigid rules and regulations within the industry and the stripping away with autonomy regarding healthcare choices. Currently, censorship of anything not supporting the narrative is rampant and unprecedented, as is

censorship of anything deemed as natural therapies.

We are echoing aspects of our history that many would like to forget. ‘Witch-hunts’ spanned hundreds of years from the mid-1400s to 1700s, during which thousands, if not millions, of people were murdered in egregious ways. People whose knowledge, skills, insights and ways of being were perceived by the authorities to be a threat to their control; individuals who represented a truth beyond the accepted dogma and dubious status quo of the day.

The truth-speakers of past and present times get a rough deal in any society that is shrouded in oppression and tight control. Alarmingly, those who perceive the truth, beyond the programming, mind control and indoctrination of the society in which they are immersed, are often seen as traitorous renegades. Scapegoating on steroids, you could say.

We are all viewing reality through our own filters, as determined by our personal life experiences and beliefs, in addition to the influences of the collective consciousness of our families, ancestry, communities and humanity as a whole.

Maybe, rather than spewing out emotive, accusatory words, no matter what our personal views might be, we invite an atmosphere of tolerance, understanding and even interest in different perspectives and points of view. Maybe, if we meet beyond the fog of programming, mind control and undue influence, we could all learn and unite in ways that we could not imagine.

Yogananda, considered a world-renowned guru, remained a simple gentle man both to himself and those who knew him, was an Indian Hindu monk, who introduced millions to the teachings of meditation and self-realisation.

Born January 5, 1893, he passed to the spirit world March 7 1952 in Los Angeles, California. As an author of many books, with ‘Autobiography of a Yogi’, probably the most profound, Yogananda was, without doubt, responsible for the opening of many minds and hearts around the world, enabling the attitude of an inner Christ Consciousness to become manifest.

April 2022 Let’s say the ground beneath our feet begins to crumble and we must find another way. April 2022 is four and six, giving the opportunity for new foundations to be prepared with fortitude and grace. The term ‘new-beginnings’ as the sum total of 10, is the destiny wheel and a divinely enhanced numeric.

The burdens may be many and hard to bear; however, it’s never too late to hand them over to the universe for safekeeping or, even better, to be taken care of completely, freeing yourself up for better things.

The Christ Consciousness in all of us, offers the ways to learn, see and understand that our human consciousness can be moulded, shaped and steered in any direction we choose, if we allow it!

This consciousness is able to unlock the frequency to April’s ‘4’, a secret doorway to the sacred place, the inner sanctum of human and divine, from where all wise decisions are made.

A conundrum for many, but April is the month for extra compassion, a call for global and international agreements and healing.
