Community is more than concrete, bricks and steel. The sense of belonging and responsibility doesn’t come from a collection of buildings. It comes from how people use those buildings. It comes from a vision of what a building can be.
Addition & Renovation
Kansas City, MO
The Platte County Health Department needed to expand to serve the county’s needs. Currently located in both Platte County and Parkville, there’s desire to combine both locations into one, larger, fully functional space.
The county purchased an existing daycare to demo and transform into offices and clinics. Renovated interior spaces will receive new finishes and a fresh coat of paint, while two small additions include a metal garage drive through for immunizations.
Excelsior Springs, MO
Excelsior Springs Hospital is a community-driven health system that provides superior care through their team of passionate health professionals. They partner with their community to offer personalized, innovative health, and wellness choices close to home.
Over two years, we completed 28,000 SF in new construction and 11,000 SF in additions and renovations. The new building featured a new main entry to the hospital, two out-patient surgery rooms, and new exam rooms. It also included a PT/OT Wellness Rehab, board room, pharmacy, executive offices and a lecture room.
During that time, we completed an MRI addition as well which sits adjacent to the newly built and renovated buildings.

We provide materials as well as our project managers, superintendents and laborers to charitable organizations across Greater KC.
And we applaud our employees who volunteer to renovate houses, make presentations to student groups, fundraise for special causes, work at food pantries and remain active in their community churches, schools, scout groups and more.
In 2024, we fought to end hunger, poverty, homelessness, and diaper needs in Kansas City.W
