24 hour service now available at Henlow Vets. Just four years ago, Henlow Veterinary centre was formed by two local residents with a passion for pets and a desire to provide an incredible service. Today, with the help of an amazingly caring team of eight vets, twelve qualified nurses, two student nurses, three veterinary care assistants and ten strong client care team, they run a thriving practice caring for over 6,000 local pets from more than 3,000 local families. The team constantly strive for the best for every pet they care for at Henlow Vets. From their carefully selected members of staff down to their choice of medicines, equipment and treatments, everything has to be the best it can be. The client care team is built from within their pet owning client base, the vets and nurses either home grown or individually selected for their caring attitude and professional abilities.

It has long been their vision to buck the trend and offer 24hr care 365 days a year, onsite at the Henlow practice and after four years of very hard work this has finally come to fruition. From 6th September 2021 Henlow Vets became the only vet practice in our area to offer Out of Hours Emergency Care, using their own team of vets and nurses, in the same building you go to during the day!
The practice has parking for more than a dozen cars, separate dog and cat treatment areas, dog and cat wards and isolation facilities, two theatres, a dental suite, in-house laboratory services, digital x-ray, ultrasound, endoscopy and a raft of other features allowing them to provide a first opinion service that is second to none.
