Clean up and maintain landscaping, trim bushes and clean gutters
Get the pressure washer out and clean the driveway, side paths and any other paved areas
Plant some spring florals for a pop of colour and street appeal
First impressions matter and serious buyers LOVE street appeal
Pack away any personal items, excess decor or seasonal items (pop the heaters away - Winter is gone!)

Good morning Europe! Tahlia and Ben jet set for their honeymoon in Europe and we loved following each story update Over 6 beautiful weeks, they visited Athens, Croatia (Dubrovnik, Hvar & Split), Italy (Rome, Ischia, Florence), Amsterdam, Paris, South of France (Nice & Cannes), Portugal and finally Spain (San Sebastian, Marbella & Barcelona) We asked Tahlia where her favourite place was and this is what she said: “Ischia and Hvar for the relaxed lifestyle and beautiful crystal clear water”.
