Kneadfor30secondsonalightlyfloured surfaceuntilsmooth.Divideinto12even portions.Shapeeachportionintoaball.Place ballsontolinedtray,about1cmapart.Cover withplasticwrap Setasideinawarm,draughtfreeplacefor30minutes,oruntilbunsdouble insize.Preheatovento190°Cor170˚Cfan-force.
