“Food has always been a passion since my school days, and having my own business was always the plan. I worked in catering straight from school, and four years ago I opened the Parade Tearooms, which has gone from strength to strength. I have since opened another Parade Tearooms in Gunwharf, which has been running now for five months. Both are open seven days a week. Running the business is a very personal thing to me, and making people smile is the aim.
