Child Safe Standards Goals & Intended Outcomes St Kevin's College is committed to providing a safe and child-friendly environment, where children and young people are safe and feel safe, and can actively participate in decisions that affect their lives. At St Kevin's College, we have zero tolerance for child abuse and are committed to acting in children's best interests and keeping them safe from harm. The college regards its child protection responsibilities with the utmost importance and as such, is committed to providing the necessary resources to ensure compliance with all relevant child protection laws and regulations and maintain a child-safe culture. All staff, students and parents work collectively to promote a child safe culture which ensures all child abuse is reported. St Kevin's Child Safety Framework aligns with the college's values and importantly the EREA Touchstones ensuring the protection of all students in our care. Through compliance and risk management practices, professional learning for all staff, student participation and parent engagement we continue to embed a child safe culture. At St Kevin's College the following key strategic roles assist in strategy implementation, oversight and guidance of the child safe standards and lead change to fully embed our child protection strategies: •
