Education in Faith

There is a great deal of goodwill at St Kevin's to engender culture change. There is palpable enthusiasm for St Kevin's to be the best version of itself, and many St Kevin's community members are eager to see the signs of change sooner, rather than later. Students, staff and parents and carers also acknowledge that change will not happen overnight and will require bold leadership and sustained effort from the entire St Kevin's Community.

The five overarching themes are to: 1. Articulate a clear vision for the College and expand its view of success 2. Embody visible, responsive leadership which sets and supports consistent Community standards 3. Embed the Touchstone 'inclusive Community' in the fabric of St Kevin's by driving respect for all 4. Provide staff and students with the recognition and wellbeing supports they need 5. Improve avenues to receive regular feedback and input from the College Community.
