The annual Terre Hill Days festival will be held at the Terre Hill Community Memorial Park on Thursday, July 14 through Sunday, July 17. The annual event features free nightly musical entertainment as well as food, children’s activities,
games and carnival rides. Over a dozen food vendors will be in attendance with an assortment of delicious food. Admission and parking are free. The event benefits the Terre Hill Park. Highlights this year
include music by Jim Conners on Thursday night, Mitch and the Mood Swings on Friday night and Michael Christopher on Saturday. An Arts and Crafts fair will also be held Saturday morning, and the event wraps up with fireworks on Saturday night

William Sensenig recently completed his Eagle Scout project, which consisted of designing and constructing a shed with the purpose of housing the landscaping equipment for the planned
renovations to the courtyard at Akron Elementary School. School Board President Tim Stayer approached the Akron Boy Scout Troop 57 with the idea to use the shed as an Eagle Scout
