WELCOME & INVOCATION

Dr. Dock Hollingsworth Psalm 19

Dr. Joshua Scott

The heavens are telling the glory of God; and the firmament proclaims His handi work. Day to day pours forth speech, and night to night declares knowledge. There is no speech, nor are there words; their voice is not heard; yet their voice goes out through all the earth, and their words to the end of the world. In the heavens He has set a tent for the sun, which comes out like a bridegroom from his wedding canopy, and like a strong man runs its course with joy. Its rising is from the end of the heavens, and its circuit to the end of them; and nothing is hid from its heat. The law of the Lord is perfect, reviving the soul; the decrees of the Lord are sure, making wise the simple; the precepts of the Lord are right, rejoicing the heart; the commandment of the Lord is clear, enlightening the eyes; the fear of the Lord is pure, enduring forever; the ordinances of the Lord are true and righteous altogether. More to be desired are they than gold, even much fine gold; sweeter also than honey, and drippings of the honeycomb. Moreover by them is your servant warned; in keeping them there is great reward. But who can detect their errors? Clear me from hidden faults. Keep back Your servant also from the insolent; do not let them have dominion over me. Then I shall be blameless, and innocent of great transgression. Let the words of my mouth and the meditation of my heart be acceptable to You, O Lord, my rock and my redeemer. HYMN NO. 31

At Second-Ponce, you have a church family who welcomes the opportunity to join you in prayer. In fact, we consider this act an honor. Let us know how we can pray for you by filling out a prayer card located in the pew rack. You can drop it in the offering plate located in the Narthex or give it to a member of the Second-Ponce ministerial staff after worship.

GIVING TO SECOND-PONCE Your financial support of Second-Ponce allows us to carry out the mission God has for our church. We're grateful for your faithfulness to give as you are able. There are giving cards in the pew racks that utilize a QR code for making gifts online. You may also drop your offering in the offering plate located in the Narthex after the service.

OUR 1ST & 2ND GRADERS

Christian Brock

Welcome to Second-Ponce de Leon Baptist Church. You belong here, and we hope you'll come back. We meet for worship Sundays at 11 a.m. in our beautiful Sanctuary. We also host a contemporary online worship service at 2 p.m. called All Together. You can stream it on our Facebook page or at www.livestream.com/spdl. During the week, we have virtual small groups and Bible studies and each Wednesday, we hold a churchwide prayer call. We truly have something for everyone here at Second-Ponce. Our greeters and ministers would love the opportunity to connect you with a small group or other opportunities to carry out your ministry passions.
