At the Name of Jesus

WELCOME TO GOD'S WONDER LAB Today, we're excited for our Vacation Bible School children to lead us in worship! In June, unforeseen circumstances cut short this year's VBS and postponed the end-ofweek Sunday celebration. Our children—through music, Scripture and prayer—will share how Jesus does the impossible in our lives.

DOXOLOGY (HYMN NO. 706) Praise God, from Whom All Blessings Flow

OLD 100TH

During this special service, we ask for children to remain in worship with us. Childcare is available in the Kid' Club for little ones who need it.

HOW TO JOIN Second-Ponce enthusiastically welcomes you to make a commitment to Christ and our community of faith. At any time during the Hymn of Response, simply walk to the front of the Sanctuary where our Senior Pastor or a Second-Ponce minister will greet you with warmth and joy.

ADDITIONAL SUNDAY INFORMATION CHILDCARE DURING WORSHIP We love to see children at Second-Ponce, and we have a Kids’ Club area just for them! It's one floor up from the Sanctuary, and our greeters will be happy to show you the way. In the Kids' Club, there’s a nursery for babies through pre-K and Kids Worship for children K through 5th grade. You can take your children to Kids Worship before the service or, if you’d prefer, they can stay with you in the Sanctuary for either the entire hour or until the Doxology and then go with our children's ministry leaders. You'll pick them up in the Kids’ Club area after worship. SHARING PRAYER REQUESTS At Second-Ponce, you have a church family who welcomes the opportunity to join you in prayer. Let us know by filling out a prayer request card located on the back of the pew rack. You can drop it in the offering plate or give it to a member of the SecondPonce ministerial staff after worship.

SHARING HER SPDL STORY For over 20 years, Edie Whitaker faithfully served as the Second-Ponce Children's Minister. She continues to impact our kids today as a leader in both the children's choirs and Vacation Bible School. Edie is also an active member of the SPdL music ministry. She and her husband, Reid, share two children, Lang and Claire, and five grandchildren.

GIVING AN OFFERING Your financial support of Second-Ponce allows us to carry out the mission God has for our church. There are giving cards in the pew racks that utilize a QR code for making gifts online. You may also drop your offering in the offering plate.

Jesus' First Miracle (John 2:1–11)

Welcome to worship at Second-Ponce! You belong here, and we hope you'll come back. We truly have something for everyone, and not just on Sundays. During the week, we have virtual small groups and Bible studies. Each Wednesday evening, we have Fellowship Supper, an adult discipleship study and age-appropriate activities for children and teens. Now that you know a little about us, help us get to know you better by completing the blue or green card located in the pew rack. Simply hand it to a minister or drop it in the offering plate.

We love the VBS families, teachers and helpers with us today, and we miss those who can't be here. Next year's Vacation Bible School is less than a year away, and we can't wait! Learn more about the Second-Ponce Kids' Club at www.spdl.org/children.
