North Shore, Glen Cove & Locust Valley districts all maintained a large inventory with each area adding over 40 new listings to the market in September.

In addition to the high volume of new listings in the North Shore, Glen Cove & Locust Valley districts, each area also had over 20 closings in the month of September.

The average sale price across all districts falls just above $1 million according to MLS stats from September. Glen Cove still has the lowest average sale price which was just above $600K in September.

Local children from Elementary through High School showed off their art skills an created some pumpkin masterpieces!
